Blade 2 Vampire Mouth Novels & Stories

I glance around me, completely bereft of another yet still the sounds continue to plague me. My fingers clawed at my throat, suddenly parched, thirsty and aching. Something sharp pierces my lips, a slight prick and iron spills in my mouth along with something tangy. Blood My blood. My eyes widen, fingers shaking edging to my mouth before slowly withdrawing. Fangs. No, no. I shake my head. I'm not, it can't be...he didn't. He wouldn't. I'm not a vampire. I can't be a vampire!

The mere impact leaves my skin tearing open at the edge of my brow. Well, that is not going to sit well with me. So I retract my arm, and as I drive it forward, my claw rips open and smashes into the bridge of her nose, which seems to be very fake. Well, I thought this looked like a plastic doll, but as my knuckles crash between her eyes, it is yet confirmed by the cracking of whatever they used to enhance her rather unsightly feature that seems to have turned wrong the moment that she became a Vampire.

He pulled me closer. "You're so stubborn." I stiffened when his tongue brushed against my soft spot. His breathing got heavier against my neck, as if he was hesitating for a minute. A sharp stabbing pain jolted in my neck as his fangs sunk inside and just as I let out a cry, a hand covered my mouth gently, his hand securely tightening around my waist. I stopped moving, closing my eyes shut and arching my back a little. It doesn't matter whether it was Alex or any other vampire, it still hurts like hell. I let out a gasp when he finally pulled away.

I said. Mara moved left and Dante shifted right as we broke apart without another word. So I moved first. I closed the distance fast and came in low while the first vampire turned too late. My blade drove through his chest before he could react. He jerked once and went still as I twisted the blade free as the others snapped towards me. The second came in fast and I stepped into it. I caught his wrist and drove my knee into his side while I dragged the blade across his throat.

"Keep your mouth shut if you want to breathe!" The Blade-Stalker finally wrenched its hand free from the wall and spun around, its single red eye locking onto the glowing blue light of my new weapon. It let out an incredibly loud, metallic scream that shook the dirt beneath my boots and made my ears ring. It raised its remaining bone blade high into the air, ready to sweep my head clean off my shoulders. But I was already moving.

Ripped its way right through solid metal. Shattering glass and a cut off scream send me charging back outside in an instant. I didn’t realize I could move this fast. It’s just a blur of scenery, and I can hear the pounding, terrified pulse of this woman with shocking clarity, even before I come in sight of the source. Middle-aged vampire is sucking on her neck. I’m on him in a second, stabbing my silver-plated knife into his jaw to pry it open before ripping him off her.

“You talk like you have a shot.” “Don’t I?” He swept a leg out, nearly catching my knee. “She’s unclaimed. Vampires don’t need bonds. We choose. And I’d choose her. Over and over again.” I punched him. Screw the blade. My fist landed across his jaw with a satisfying crack. He staggered. Stilled. Then licked the blood off his lip, smiling wider. “I see I hit a nerve.” I pressed the wooden blade against his throat, pinning him.

The two vamps moved in unison, sinking their teeth into the woman’s flesh. Her eyes shot wide. A scream tore from her throat. Not of pleasure, but of pure, piercing agony. “Showtime,” the voice in my ear commanded. Bang. The shot was deafening. A wet, crushing sound followed instantly as the high-caliber round obliterated the skull of the vampire with the man bun. He was thrown backward by the force of the impact, his body limp before it even hit the ground. My turn. I released the breath I’d been holding. I unsheathed my sword, the metal singing against the scabbard, and launched myself off the roof.

A mistake, made on purpose, an opening left for it to take. And when it takes it I am already moving into the space its certainty left behind, and the Phantom Blade goes in under the jaw, up, into the place where the source sits, and I pour everything I am burning down the length of the titanium and into the thing that wears my face. It does not scream. It has no fear to scream with. The body folds, slow, my own features going slack on it, and as it goes down it looks up at me with my dimming eyes, and it uses the last of my stolen voice, and what it says is the worst wound of the whole night.

"I won't let go." Rhydian smiled through the blood on his lips. "You never have to." The Twin Blades merged into one brilliant white sword. Its light pierced the heavens. The King of the Void looked at the weapon. For the first time... It took a single step backward. "You forged..." Its voice carried something unfamiliar. "...the Blade of Beginning." The Creator smiled. "No. They did." The white blade released a pulse of light that spread across the collapsing world. Dead trees bloomed. Broken stone became green with life. The frightened Gatekeepers felt hope returning to their hearts. Even the widening crack in the sky stopped growing.
