BLINDED BY REVENGE CHAPTER ONE Bellona had the same terrifying dream again. She saw her parents being pursued and then killed right in front of her. Their blood flowed on the ground as their blank eyes stared up at her. Their killer who wore a mask pointed at her. "You are next!" he said menacingly. Bellona woke up. Her heart was pounding very fast and she still felt the fear that she had felt in her dream. She got up from bed and went to drink water.

SABRINA SANTIAGO I can't count the amount of times my eyes have blinked out tears. Being thrown and banished from a place you call your home is the most painful thing anybody should experience. My eyes were burning from the sunlight and I couldn’t detect exactly where I was. I can’t even tell if I knew where I was going or where I presently stood. I felt dizzy. He knew that bluntness to their patience could cause unimaginable consequences but the man before him was holding on

The once vibrant green hue of her iris had faded, leaving behind a ghostly pallor. Amani's heart shattered as she stared into the mirror, confronted by the cruel realization that she was now completely blind in that eye. Overwhelmed by a torrent of emotions, she crumpled to the ground, her body convulsing with grief. The dreadful reflection in the mirror taunted her, a cruel reminder of everything she had lost. She yearned for a glimpse of the person she once was, but all she saw was a fractured soul staring back at her.

A painting hangs beside his desk. I don’t know why it draws me in, but I find myself walking closer. Thick strokes of midnight blue and charcoal gray layer the canvas. In the center — barely visible unless you truly look — a thin streak of gold cuts through the darkness. Not bright. Not loud. Just there. A quiet fracture of light. It isn’t something you glance at. It’s something you feel. My fingers almost lift to touch the textured paint. Why would a blind man choose something so visual?

Cigarettes had become my crutch over the years. The ophthalmologist finished the test and came to give me a report. He sighed heavily. “ She can't see a thing….her vision is very blurred. I'm putting her on four months medication. If nothing changes then…….” I furrowed my brows.“ What do you mean by four months?” He handed me the test results.“ She's temporarily blind, and I'm putting her on this four-month medication to see if we can get her sight back…. Hopefully it works.” I scoffed and slipped past him. She was crying when I unscreened the bed. He must have told her. She had her eyes opened, staring at nothing in particular.

The concept of rules and community is so strange to them, and I would not let them ruin everything I have spent my entire life building. “We are ready to leave your Highness,” my beta announced, I nodded curtly before I stalked towards the door and I could hear everyone make way for me. Being blind has its own perks and having a fantastic sense of smell to cover for it is one of the things that the moon goddess did for me that I am proud of. I do not have to see my enemies before I take them and it has helped me stay relevant all these years, and I do not plan to stop now. Especially now that I have found my mates and other alphas might think they have found a way to get to me.
