Blind Play Chapter 1 Novels & Stories

"Ms. Todd, are you looking to sell your place? I noticed you wrote that you want it sold in three days? That's so soon." "It's urgent. Please get it done as soon as possible," I said with determination. I had only regained my eyesight for a day, but my emotions were in a mess. I took a taxi home and quickly prepared all the documents I needed to bring to the research team. When I was blind, I thought about how I would not regret anything at all, giving everything up for Sean. At that moment, I found it highly absurd that I would ever think that way.

The concept of rules and community is so strange to them, and I would not let them ruin everything I have spent my entire life building. “We are ready to leave your Highness,” my beta announced, I nodded curtly before I stalked towards the door and I could hear everyone make way for me. Being blind has its own perks and having a fantastic sense of smell to cover for it is one of the things that the moon goddess did for me that I am proud of. I do not have to see my enemies before I take them and it has helped me stay relevant all these years, and I do not plan to stop now. Especially now that I have found my mates and other alphas might think they have found a way to get to me.

"Please, just open your eyes." Jung-Ho lightly pats Sook-Ja's cheek. The young girl, whose lifeless body is next to him, and he is kneeling. He is to blame for her current state. While returning from work, she was involved in an accident. He cries out, "Open your eyes," as his own eyes begin to blur. His skull is bruised, and tears are running down his face. He moves his fingers lightly to stroke the side of her cheek. When his hand accidentally bumps against a brand-new wound, he struggles to contain his sobs. It aches worse than anything I've ever experienced, which makes the suffering unbearable. The car is on fire and the flames are rising high into the sky.

I folded, coughing so hard my stomach cramped. Someone grabbed my face and I flinched violently, the world tilting as I was forced upright and the blindfold ripped off. Light burned my eyes and I winced, blinking hard through the blur. Everything doubled. My vision was shit without glasses—smears of shadows and color. But one thing stood out. A man. Massive. Buzzed hair. Covered in ink. Crouching low in front of me, studying me like I was meat on a slab. His fingers dug into my chin and tilted my head to the side.

Its glow throbbed in rhythm with my heartbeat, each pulse drawing me closer, urging me to touch it. But as my fingertip neared, a sudden light burst forth, blinding and brilliant, swallowing everything in its grasp. I threw an arm over my eyes, but the brightness sliced through my vision, searing white-hot across my mind. Then, just as swiftly, darkness fell—deep, disorienting. I blinked, shadows swimming as I tried to gather my bearings, my heart hammering as the silence pressed in around me.

Put it away. She closed her eyes tightly, forcing herself to calm her panicked breathing. She visualized pushing the heat back down into her chest, locking the golden light away beneath layers of meek obedience. When she opened her eyes again and looked into the basin, her pupils had returned to their normal, dull hue.

“What happened to you, on your way here? Why do you have blood on your hands?” “Nothing, my love. I just did what I had to do, and I stayed back to get what we might need.” He lifted the duffle bag in his hands, to buttress his point. Malik responded, in between breaths, gasping for air. He must have sprinted to the forest. “Oh, really?” I squealed. I considered the saying to be true that the blind are not disabled, except for those who allow their seeming disability to limit them. “Yeah.” He pouted. “We need to get going, and we need to move fast. So, you’ll have to shift to your wolf, and just follow my lead. Trust me, I know the right path in this sacred forest “

I am truly ready to curse him harder than thunder and he will wish he were deaf as an old log in autumn not to hear them. However, as I turn my face to look at Alfred, everything is dark. I blink a few times to make sure it is nothing more than a general blackout, but that is not the case. It is real that my vision no longer contemplates anything. Immediately, a despair rises in my heart and I feel like screaming in suffocation at having my eyes blinded. "Alfred, I can't see anything. Alfred help me, please, I've gone blind!"

As I came out he blindfolded me. "Ahadd what are you doing - I said and he shushed me. "Don't ask questions just come with me - He said and held my hands, started walking. We both stopped and I didn't felt his presence. "Ahad where are.... . - I started but was cut off. "Remove the blindfold izzah - he said and I removed it. As i opened i was shocked by the view in front of me. ———————————— I hope you guys liked the chapter. Signing off...... ~Zaveria akhtar

"Look at me! It is Caelum! Wake up from this dark alchemy!" The visor of the black helmet remained emotionless, two crimson flames burning inside the eye slots without a single flicker of humanity or recognition. Vane did not speak; he merely twisted his wrist with terrifying, mechanical precision, leveraging his entire body weight to drive the crimson blade down toward Caelum’s collarbone.
