The priest turned to Verosha when Lium finished his vow. Verosha looked deeply into Lium as she recalled what she felt on their first meeting which totally epic to her. Nobody hit her with a door or even try to hold her after knowing she was Verosha Mondre. “Lium, I too, take you as my best friend, and my husband that I could argue with and share troubles or joys in life. I vowed to be with you through thick and thin and understand everything as I am older than you. I love you equally as I vow as well to let it grow fondly throughout the days or nights we’re together.” Verosha stated her vow as she was lost in the deep hazel eyes of Lium who was staring back at her with so much affection.

"Let's give it up... to the Herald of Dexo Fernia, the shadow assassin! The daughter of Hikaris himself… VERONICA!" Chest out, shoulders back, I walked out of the dark and turned my gaze to every corner of the coliseum, and with a devilish grin on my lips, I raised my weapon and they screamed my name… just how I want them to. "And her challenger..." the announcer paused for a while, I crossed my arms and everyone went silent, patiently waiting until, "another daughter of Hikaris, the Mistress of Dexo Fernia, Elspeth!"

As we drew closer, I addressed Blaze, my voice firm and commanding. "Blaze." He regarded me with a smug, self-assured expression, his eyes glinting with malevolence. Then, in a low, hypnotic chant, he spoke the words: "Per manus autem quod amans, et veniet tibi mors." As he finished speaking, his eyes transformed, turning an eerie shade of white that seemed to pierce through the very soul.

"Bastard child. You fraternized with an outlander, and today you shall suffer for it." As the words rang through the air, Tuji exploded with internal energy as he cast a blow towards Veron's chest. Sensing the power of the blow, Veron's face paled. She could not dodge or hide anywhere, and could only bite her lip and meet the blow with one of her own. The next second, both blows collided as Veron let out a dull hum and was sent flying almost a hundred meters. She landed heavily on the ground, her face paling.

Triana inquired innocently, oblivious to what Blaze was thinking. Blaze's legs unwittingly moved towards her. He extended his hand and placed his index finger on her back, followed by his middle finger. Triana froze, her breathing hitching. His fingertips were electric, giving her tingles wherever he touched her. Triana became paralyzed as his fingertips moved across her skin. Her back arched, her eyes closed. Her mind couldn't grasp the pleasure so quickly. His warm breathing on her left shoulder tingled her. She heard him whisper, "You are provoking the monster."

"Come on Violet. You can't lie to me. You and Xander haven't spoken at all since I came back here either." Was it appropriate for her to tell Azura this? Violet thought. She was really tired. "I was framed by someone named Vero" Violet pouted again. "I know who he is" Azura didn't expect that this matter would have anything to do with Vero. One of Alpha Xander's subordinates. All Azura knows, is that man is someone who is loyal to Xander and has no problem with Violet "That bastard kissed me forcefully" Azura gasped "that's terrible!"

“Victor did.” “I’ll deal with him,” Thiago said. “But Veron’s playing a longer game now. She’s tied to the Santoro cleanup. She has contacts I need.” I stepped back, arms crossing. “I’m not going to play nice with a woman who once offered to suck your soul out in front of me.” He smirked. “You’re jealous.” “Damn right I am,” I snapped. “You told me I was yours, remember? You’re not allowed to make me believe that and then expect me to share the room with a venomous shadow in red satin.”

And we were two, Veronica was only one. “It’s over” I whispered to her, opening my eyes and in that moment, my fingertips burst into scorching flames which I struck through her heart, grasping the darkness by its horns. Veronica let out a screech but I pushed her back, leveraging my new found abilities over hers. “You don’t hurt my family. It happened once, but Veronica, never again.”

Iki was still trying to call Diana. "My Highness Riki… Sorry, but can you get out of the way? I'll take this woman," Vero explained and Iki immediately stood up. Vero crouched down, intending to carry her. However, he instead fell to the ground with a surprised expression on his face. Iki also does the same. Julio realized the shock of the two of them. "What's wrong, Vero?" asked Julio. "Impossible!" Vero shouted. Julio's brow furrowed, "What's the matter?" He walks towards them all and then immediately falls as something hits him.

Victor growled. " I'm not lying. She was my girl before even boss get to taste her. If you don't believe ask her. Wait a second.... check my phone. In the image folder there is still on the picture from our date." Taking desperate air through compressed lungs, Blaze answered. He destroyed all the memories but left one single picture to keep the lava of avenge burning inside his heart. Another furious punch landed from Victor and he coughed and choked, spitting out the blood that accumulated in his mouth.
