Blood Bound

Blood Bound

It felt like my bones were boiling to the core. All I could make out was him drawing something around the circle, then he slit his wrist and poured his blood in a glass goblet. After that he began to chant something, shortly after which the drawing within the circle and outside began to shine. A cooler feeling began to seep and I felt a little bit better. Quincey then walked into the circle, helped me sit up a little and gave me the glass goblet which was filled to the brim with his blood. “Drink this.” I weakly grabbed the glass and began to drink it. After I was done, he took the glass from me and laid me back down.

Wolfblood

Wolfblood

Lucy yelled. “Are you serious? You’re always in remediation for training.” “That’s why it will be hilarious when I kick your ass. Don’t forget, I have warrior blood.” “You also have homo blood.” “What did you just say?” Lucy's skin flushed bright red as she planted her feet into a fighting stance, her hands clenched into fists. “You heard me.”

I thought this book was well developed and I loved how it the story contined on involving both Alex and Blake's pack. I felt this story had more self reflection and perhaps self doubt with some of the MCs. But, honestly I think that is what made the bonds stronger and independently grow.

This book is already so much better than the first. I'm hoping that Jasmine doesn't remain a doormat with Lucy and she gets her comeuppance. I also hope Luke regrets his decision and becomes jealous. Jasmine deserves better than those 2. love Blake! Talia and Alex story definitely intriguing.

Blood Hunt

Blood Hunt

Nibbling and grazing the golden neck. "Then.. Don’t. Now that I can’t, but if I could I would love to die in your arms" . Callum said, losing himself in Stephen’s arms. The moon was at its peak. Full Blue moon like Stephen eyes that had turned red. He placed his lips on the pulsing vein before barring his teeth. Callum felt a sting and then all he could feel was a frenzy, a euphoria. He now knew why Stephen felt excited offering him his blood.

BLOODBOUND VOWS

BLOODBOUND VOWS

Mario continued, “Blood is thicker than water. Always remember... Leone blood runs in your vein. Even if our family is not smooth, don’t spit on your family name.” Before she could reply, he hung up. The phone beeped. The line went dead. Amara lowered the phone slowly, her eyes still fixed on the mirror. Her face was blank, but then something shifted. A small smile crept up. It widened... and widened... until she burst into laughter. The sound echoed through the room. Sharp, strange laughter..like someone who finally realized the game they were in. She flipped her hair back and kept staring at herself. “What about you make use of this moment wisely,” she muttered under her breath.

Blood and moonlight

Blood and moonlight

The night was quiet, but the air held a strange charge—as if the stars were holding their breath. Ava sat beside Achi, her eyes fixed on the wound stretching across his side. Crimson soaked through the bandages Marcus had wrapped, and despite his hybrid blood, the injury hadn’t closed. Her fingers trembled as she reached out, gently brushing the edge of the cloth. “Where did you get this?” she asked, her voice low, uncertain. Achi didn’t flinch. “I fought with the beasts,” he said. “Their blades weren’t ordinary. They cut deeper… like they were made to remember.”

BLOOD AND VOWS

BLOOD AND VOWS

BLOOD AND VOWS --- CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO HIS FIRST KILL “A man doesn’t become a monster. He just finds out what was already in him.” He was thirteen the first time someone handed him a gun. It was a summer night in Palermo. The kind of heat that clings to the bones. Alessio Moretti stood in the back of a butcher shop that doubled as a safehouse, blood on the floors, sweat on his neck, the sound of meat hooks swinging faint in the dark. Don Salvatore was there. So was his father. And in the middle of the room, tied to a chair, was a man with a bag over his head and a bruise blooming around his eye.

WORLDS COLLIDE - THE SACRIFICE

WORLDS COLLIDE - THE SACRIFICE

Gabe shouted at the werewolves to get their attention, “Here! Here!” A werewolf looked at Gabe while it approached Scott’s left side, “Hey, watch out!” Brooke shouted at Scott. And she fired her modified shotgun at it. The shotgun roared. The pellets flew through the air as the blast tore a wolf off Scott’s flank, blood spurted out of its outer right rib, and sent it spinning, and again she shot one of the werewolves of Cerebus; it cartwheeled in the air and onto the ground with a hole in its waist. The other two werewolves backed off away from Cerebus. This made it fair for Cerebus to attack the closest werewolf by lodging his three jaws onto its limbs and neck. Snapping away at limb and bo

The Debt of Blood

The Debt of Blood

It turned out that people like them eventually meet someone worse. I lowered the brim of my cap and turned to leave, not wanting to be recognized. However, fate has a twisted sense of humor. My leather shoe stepped on a dry leaf. Crunch. Brian's head snapped up. Our eyes met. His eyes went wide. Like he had seen a ghost. Or a savior. "Bro?!" That single shout drew everyone's attention. My dad looked up, too, a flicker of light in his eyes. "Chester… Chester!"

The Bloodsucker Boyfriend and His Family

The Bloodsucker Boyfriend and His Family

Jonathan stood across from me, smiling at me with bloodshot eyes. I wondered when he had snuck into my room to lie in ambush. Seeing the glare I shot him, he gave me a hard kick. "You bitch, how dare you glare at me? If you don't stop that, I'll carve out your eyes!" he hissed, seizing my jaw in a vice grip. He was using so much force that it was as though he wanted to crush the bone. "Cassie, this is all your fault! If it weren't for you, we wouldn't be flat broke, and my mom and I wouldn't have gone to jail! It was you who caused us to be homeless! You ruined everything for us!"
