The minute she is directly in front of me, I jump on her and attack first. As I stab her torso and then her head, I notice something quite strange. She doesn’t bleed red like anything else I have ever known. Instead, it is black, black like her eye sockets and her nonexistence of a soul. If I could describe it, her blood feels like it is cold and wet, but like sludge, because when I insert my knife in, it kind of sits there stuck before I am able to pull it out.
