Novel & Cerita Bloody Letter

Her voice dripped with venom. I raised an eyebrow. "I didn't steal anything. And who is Ace to you, anyway?" I shot back, my curiosity piqued. She cried, shaking her head frantically, and then yelled, “How dare you say his name?!” “How dare I?” I chuckled softly, giving her my best ‘did you miss your way’ look. Because, really, did she miss her way? “You’ll pay for this, you will, you spawn of the devil!” Heather deadpanned, her little friends had gotten her something to keep the blood from flowing. She pressed the paper towel to her nose, suppressing the blood.

It was from Alya but the letter seemed to have been written in haste for it was hard to see as the letters were all joined to each other but something was unsettling about it. On the letter was a drop of blood.

Immediately, I furrowed my brow, feeling a glimpse of worry. Dad took the envelope and quickly opened the letter, knowing it contained something bad. It had no sender, only a recipient, and the handwriting was printed and unrecognizable. Inside was a crumpled sheet of paper. It had words, yes, but also dried blood stains. Three, maybe four. The dark, rusty color soaked into the paper. The scent reached my nostrils. It was real blood, no doubt. We were sure of that. Damn... “Don’t look any further. The blood is James’s and the alpha’s. They will not return,” my father read aloud.

Her stomach churned. Cael turned to Jared. "Bring the letter." The beta promptly handed over the envelope sealed with red wax. The Bloodclaw crest was clear as a scar: a wolf with open fangs wreathed in flames. Cael broke the seal and unfolded the letter slowly. Aurora kept her eyes on him, feeling her chest tighten. With every line he read, his expression grew darker. The aura around his body vibrated, dense, almost threatening. When he finished, he folded the paper carefully and handed it to Jared.

" Blake finished reading the letter and it made my blood boil, I smashed my glass with the bourbon still in it against the wall and Blake trembled in fear and honestly he should be scared because I am fucking mad. "Are you kidding me, how dare you lie to me." I said as I snatched the letter from his hand so that I could confirm the bullshit he just read myself. "I am not lying, that's what's in the letter." He said but I paid him no mind as I fixed my eyes on the letter.

“It came from the warrior who escaped long enough to send it. He wrote it in a hurry and he said he was chased—his other ally was sacrificed just for him to escape. When he delivered the paper to us and arrived... he had lost his consciousness due to blood loss, starvation, and dehydrated. He's currently in the ward right now.” I pursed my lips, couldn't say anything as my hand trembles, feeling as if the folded letter weight heavily and I couldn't tear my eyes at it. I unfolded the letter carefully, afraid it might tear. The handwriting was uneven, shaky—some words smeared beyond recognition. The metallic scent hit me faintly, and I realized with horror that the ink was not ink at all. It w

Left a streak on my skin. Dark as ink. Darker than blood. No name. No crest. No return. But somehow, it was mine. And I knew, knew, this thing didn’t belong to the house. Didn’t belong to this life. I should’ve woken Milo. He was down the hall. Close enough to call for, far enough not to hear. But I didn’t move. Didn’t speak. I broke the seal with my nail and unfolded the letter inside. The handwriting was elegant. Sharp. Each loop looked like it had been carved, not written. The ink wasn’t black,it was red. Deep burgundy.

Sadly, I was one of the few. The wild wolf starring at me with droplets of blood edges in its fur. I don’t know how they could have made a candle stamp so detailed but they clearly did. I pick up the letter, it already open and only increasing my heart beat. Deep breath Lily, deep breath. Alpha Richard from the Moonlight pack

I grabbed the hem of Felix's shirt, fixed a pitiful expression on my face, and mumbled, "I believe you, Felix." Felix's expression softened as he helped me back to my feet. Taking advantage of the fact that the other wolves' attention was still on us, I retrieved a document from my bag and handed it to Felix. "I accidentally recorded your pup's blood type as AB when I registered his information last time. The truth is, his blood type is O." Felix's face twisted as he snatched the document from me. An eerie silence descended upon the hall. Everyone knew that all the wolves of the Blackrock pack had type-AB blood, making it impossible for a pup with type-O blood to exist in the pack.

Not unless it was buried inside me—waiting for blood to dig it out. It doesn’t look like any wolf sigil. It’s not a fang. Not a crescent. Not a claw. Not something tame. It’s a spiral. The same one I drew. The same one that carved itself into my mother’s bones. And it glows with a deeper color than magic should ever allow. Not gold. Not silver. Not moonlight. It's red. Arterial. Vein-deep and screaming. The prisoner jerks hard against his restraints, panic slicing across his face for the first time.
