THE BLOODY HUNT

THE BLOODY HUNT

"Want to see something? Come here and open this box." I got up quietly and went to that box. The thought of what would be inside that box made my heart restless. I extended one hand and opened it within the next breath. A dead body, covered from head to foot with new white linen, was lying under the box. He slid his hands and removed the linen. Her clothes were like that of a royal queen with bloodstains over them. There was grief on her face. And a broken bangle tied around her hand with sharp edges. One end of the bangle pierced her vein, and the blood fell off. Her skin seemed colder.

My Nightmares

My Nightmares

As I start to freak out, I place her back in the box and that’s when my mother says, “She even talks if you press the button on her hand.” Thinking to myself that this keeps getting weirder by the minute, I must touch her hand accidently, because sure enough, she says, “I am Marybelle your best friend.” The minute she says it, we both glance at each other and then down at the doll in the box, so I quickly make sure to shut the top on it securely. My mom glances back at me before asking, “So, where are you going to put it?”

Alpha’s Bewitching Regret

Alpha’s Bewitching Regret

She watched as the woman placed the glass on the table with the red liquid and raised her head to look at the patchwork of the woman and said, “ You should finish your meal, mother. Even if you are in a bad mood because of your spectacle being ruined, you should at least take care of yourself.” And then to Levy’s horror, she watched as something black and sticky detached itself from the doll that was sitting on the chair, the thing crept out from within the doll and stretched her long neck as she slurped down the blood from the glass but then she suddenly paused and turned her head to look straight at Levy and shrieked, “ She is here again, she is here again to ruin my charlatan again!”

it's a great book so far and I can't wait to see how it ends. There are some grammar corrections that need to be made but they are not to where you can't understand the book. the book is quite long and it's the second longest book that I've read. I was disappointed that a couple of chapters are

I really liked the start of the book but started flipping through chapters and there’s a lot of filler chapters saying the same thing and honestly 700 chapters is way too much..the story line is good but waiting for something to happen made me move on to a different story

Doll

Doll

At the cabinet full of things I'd never seen before. I was a virgin. Twenty-three years old. The only sex I'd ever had was a blurry memory from high school graduation, the after-party, too much cheap vodka, a boy whose name I couldn't remember. I'd woken up the next morning with a headache and torn clothes and a vague sense that something had happened. I'd never been sure. I'd never wanted to be. But standing here, in this red room, with a man who called me Doll, I felt something I hadn't felt in years. A pull. A heat. A part of myself I'd locked away a long time ago.

The Coma Doll

The Coma Doll

Not hers. My hands started shaking. 'Are they selling off coma patients' bodies?' All those stories from school came flooding back. My skin crawled. I fought the nausea and fear, forced myself to finish cleaning her up. I was about to leave when I saw it—the music box on her nightstand. Ms. Deinert had told me not to mess with it. But my hand moved anyway. I popped it open. No music. Just velvet at the bottom. Then I saw it—tiny crumbs near the edge. Crackers, maybe?

she exclaimed swinging her doll in the air. “Well, it wasn’t a ball,” Meg reminded her. “It was just a party.” “But Dolly New Eyes says it’s the same!” Ruth insisted. Dolly New Eyes had gotten her name when Daddy had to replace the originals with marbles last year. The doll had been Meg’s when she was a girl, but now she was Ruth’s fondest friend, and she was rather happy to see her out and about aboard the Titanic. “Dolly New Eyes knows a lot about such things, then?” Meg asked.

Bloody Tales

Bloody Tales

My mother made a sly, quizzical comment. I was no Kendall Jenner but I came close. I was a 16-year-old, standing tall at 5'2 ft, and—I could hold my own. I had strawberry blonde hair, a feature I got from my dad's genes. From what I'd seen so far, everyone in the town had black or dark brown hair—including my maternal family. With my striking baby blue eyes, which were no doubt my killer attribute—I could get any guy I wanted, any guy, and of course, I inherited those from my dad. I had no time for boys though, those hormonal teenagers only wanted one thing, my body. I had a pretty much-toned body with porcelain skin, courtesy of years of working out with my father.

The Protégé

The Protégé

“According to historical records, ‘Blood Mary’ refers to Queen Mary I of England in the 16th century. She was vicious and merciless and killed many Catholic Church believers for the sake of the revival of the Catholic Church. Thus, she received this nickname. The color of her cocktail was blood red, causing people to associate it with the massacre that happened back then. The Bloody Mary cocktail was first produced in the 1950s, in the Harry New York Bar of Paris. A bartender named Ferdinand invented the Bloody Mary cocktail. Not long after that, the American side on the other side of the world issued a ridiculous "forbidden drinking order". After the ban was lifted, the major bars in the Un

Well no matter how good ML in combat skills, medicine skills etc but once he cheats on his wife, gonna drop this story. Why author makes other women shamelessly wanna grab other woman's husband? Ridiculous. I never support stories with unfaithful ML!

MATED TO THE RUTHLESS LYCAN KING

MATED TO THE RUTHLESS LYCAN KING

Her eyes darted from side to side as she waited for what would be her turn to take part in Anaya's plan. “This is so boring,” Mary said. A knock suddenly sounded on the door, and Mary turned to it. She got up from where she sat and was about to walk to it when she saw blood flow into the room from underneath the door. Her eyes widened in shock as she stared at the blood spreading. Another knock sounded on the door, and she slowly walked to it. Now standing in the pool of blood, she pulled the door open, and a man's body, with its head severed, fell on top of her.

The Pack's Girl

The Pack's Girl

Hawk said weakly. Mary appeared from around the corner of the shack with rags wet from a nearby creek. She lifted his shirt to reveal his brown abdomen. Sopping at the wound. “As long as I’m alive that collar will hold.” “Doesn’t look like that’ll be long.” Marta sneered in a voice that was clearly evil. Her eyes as dark as charcoal. Mary spun with unusual violence. “You don’t say that, Bitch!” She stalked over to Marta. My mates and I were stunned at the quiet girl’s sudden rush of violence. And that term was one, wolves rarely used.
