We broke out hugging hearing a car honk. A handsome guy came out of the car and approached us. Belle hugged him tightly while tears started brimming in her eyes. I'm sure they are happy tears. Did I forget to tell how senti she could turn into sometimes? Her brother broke the hug and asked her to stop her melodrama. She smacked him and turned towards me, making his attention to shift towards me. The moment our eyes met, I felt some unknown feeling creeping up. It felt like a dejavu moment.

The mountain range stretched endlessly before us, every ridge sharper than the last, each step echoing with exhaustion. The path narrowed as we descended into the valley below, where the air grew warmer and thick with mist.
