Maya’s mom, “You know him?” Nezeira looked at Yihan’s handsome face and replied, “Unfortunately!” After that Nezeira turned her gaze towards a slowly moving figure a feet away from them. She quickly dashed towards him and within a fraction of a second held his head and gave a jerking twist which made him lose sense again. Maya’s mom ran over beside her and asked, “Princess do you smell that?” Nezeira replied, “I do.” Maya’s mom, “This is not someone of pure blood or a half-breed. He is something else.”

I walked for an hour before I looked in a mirror. Not a window reflection, not a darkened phone screen. A real mirror. In a public restroom near the subway station. Fluorescent light. No shadows to hide in. I leaned close. Smelled bleach. Stale air. My eyes were brown. Dark brown. Almost black in this light. Not gray. I stared until they watered. Until the iris blurred. Until I couldn't be sure what color they were anymore.

He could easily snap me in two. His skin is clear blue, like the ocean on a summer's day. The hair on his head is lighter in color, a pale blue that is almost white and cut short on the sides with more length up the middle. It looks perfectly messy, like he just woke up and only pulled his fingers through it. His jaw is sharp and has a light stubble, his nose is broad and slightly flat, and his eyes have a beautiful, shining purple color. He is the most gorgeous man I have ever seen, even if he is blue.

I would like to have purple and blue but I let Aiden decide. "Why don't you pick the blue one, Aiden?" I asked him. "You look good in blue, Mom. I want you to be unnoticed as possible...even though it's impossible." The last sentence is a whisper but I was still able to hear it. I snickered. Sometimes, it feels like my son is hyping over me. "Okay. Pastel colors are the least noticeable colors." I just promised even if it's not true. Pastel colors are gentle to the eyes. It's a soft color for soft girls.

I pressed my lips together and refrain from answering him. When we finally got to Gwen's room Haiden let out another snort of disgust when I flicked on the light switch. "Typical again. What the fuck is wrong with girls and pink? Doesn't that shit burn your eyes?" He grunted while walking towards Gwen's queen-size bed. I rolled my eyes. "What's wrong with boys and blue? Don't that shit depress your eyes?" Haiden shrug. "Wouldn't know, my room isn't blue and I'm not very fond of the color. Guess I'm not your typical boy." He grunts while throwing Gwen on the rather soft-looking bed not too gently. I sighed, I should've expected that.

She blinks and looks at him, “You think so?” He gestures to his own eyes, “Oh.” She looks sad, “Oh, Hon. No. I just mean the blue.” She blinks again and looks up at him confused. He smirks, “They are such a striking blue and I’ve only ever seen the like on Bone-Witches, admittedly they weren’t as nice as you, but that’s beside the point, Hon.” Seb stirs the bags in the large pot, trying to make sure they’re all evenly cooked.

“No! Of course not. I don’t want to be targeted by them. You know how bad of a scumbag they are. Do you really think that they would just let someone take a thousand golds? Only idiots would believe so.” Shaking his head, he took a gulp on the drink that Ranz bought for him. "Yeah, I am an idiot. A big fucking idiot.” Only a shake of his head was all that Ranz could do. It seems like it has no use at all. No matter what he says, he will not change his mind. “Yeah, you really are.” A sigh escaped his lips as he looked at Cielo. ‘This poor guy…’

Now that we were out in daylight, I was finally able to see some things that I hadn't noticed before. His hair wasn't black but a rich dark brown like the colour of coffee, the blue of his eyes were not sapphire but cerulean mixed with grey that made his eyes look even paler in daylight, the grey sweatshirt he was wearing hugged his body, leaving nothing to the imagination and his dark ripped jeans..... "My eyes are up here, bella" Aiden said and I looked up to see a smug look on his face and a scowl on Caleb's. I cleared my throat and gave him a disinterested look.

Maybe she'd eaten some bad potato chips. Shame about the mental lapse, though, because Mr. Blue could probably be found under the definition of gorgeous. After all, what wasn't there to like on his six-foot-something frame with abs she could bounce quarters off? With short ebony hair that curled slightly at the tips, a tapered waist, muscled legs, bulging arms, and that club between his legs-which, shockingly enough, appeared bald-he also defined the word 'yummy'. While she contemplated his perfection, he assumed her acquiescence.

The sky had turned the beautiful shade of orange with a twinge of purple in it, the sun seemed to be slowly going down with a golden halo around it. "'If anyone here's a kid, it's you, White. You even look like a kid in front of a candy store looking at the park right now." He pointed out but I ignored him and kept my gaze at the sun. They say surrounding yourself with beautiful things will help you get rid of idiocy in the world. Idiocy like Adrian Stone. Besides, I could look at this view forever. "It's lovely." I said absently. "Yes, it is... Very lovely." Came a husky reply from him.
