I stood in my room, staring at the small black crystal hidden inside a wooden box beneath my bed. For days I had avoided touching it. The moment I picked it up, it pulsed with dark purple light. A message. Seraphine wanted to speak. I swallowed nervously before closing the curtains and drawing a protection circle on the floor. With a deep breath, I placed the crystal in the center. It floated slightly above the ground. The room grew cold. The purple light expanded until it filled every corner. Then...Seraphine appeared. Not physically….Only her image. "You've kept me waiting."

They go deep into the sky and stopped at the fifth level of clouds. A gold platform appeared under Metatron’s feet, the seraphim all moved backwards as more seraphim joined them over 100 forming a larger circle. The seraphim all acted in unison as they cover their faces with two wings and cover their feet with two wings and leave two hanging behind.

“And now he says I can’t use Charizard unless I bring a sacrifice!” I blinked. “I’m sorry, he did what now?” Arsen was still processing when Jade charged in behind him, dramatically holding up a red crayon like it was the elder wand. His voice was deep, serious, slightly British for some reason. “THE CARDS HAVE SPOKEN.” “We are five seconds from a full cult ritual,” I muttered, pinching the bridge of my nose. “And I still haven’t had a second coffee.” Then—because apparently the chaos gods weren’t done—Lorelai floated in. I say floated because she wore a sheer purple cape, a tiara perched sideways on her curls, and she was dragging the mop like it was a sacred staff.

I would scream at this damn machine if it weren't for the little baby suckling peacefully at Orchidid's breast next to me. "You're talking about people, not commodities," I hiss. Orchidid 's hand touches my shoulder. "Orchid," she says in a pacifying voice. "Remember. The seraph is a machine. He doesn't think like you and me." She's right, of course. I take a deep breath to calm my nerves. “Look around,” Seraph says. "Aren't you omegas valued?"

She circled the space where Zayn had just been, pawing at the empty air as if she could summon him back. Amani’s heart ached for Seraphine, her loneliness palpable in the vast, cosmic space. But before the sorrow could fully take hold, another shift began. The egg’s iridescent glow intensified, casting the cosmic surroundings in a brilliant light. Seraphine, still whimpering, glanced up as if she too sensed the change. The light wrapped around her, encasing her in a warm, protective cocoon. And then, just like Zayn, Seraphine disappeared, her form drawn into the light, leaving the cosmic egg empty, its once-vibrant glow dimming as it faded from Amani’s sight.

Haneul greeted. The Seraph only blinked. He seemed to have just awoken from a deep sleep. Being the highest order of angels, Seraphs didn't usually come down from the First Sphere. They did all their work there, closest to the Creator. Their transparent wings burning red-orange against the vast space of the Macroverse. Sometimes, they don't even bother taking a human form.

"Is that was this is about, El?" El shuffled her feet. "Right." The pull of bodies made dragging El through the crowd hard, but as they approached the group, the auburn-haired boy turned, his eyes wide and nostrils flared. "Sapphira!" The boy whipped out his hand to grab El's wrist, but Sapphira stepped in between them with a growl. "Let me make something blatantly clear." The boy snarled, but she continued.

No sound within would travel outside. Teddy did not waste time. He went straight to the point. "I know you all know that Summer has another spirit which bears wings. Her name is Seraphim. An angel. Not just any other, but the highest in the hierarchy of angels. She was brought to us to help fight Lucifer. Who has taken over the body of Harold Hades." Gasps fills the whole room. However, he drops yet another bombshell.

She was not going to receive it if they thought she had been blessed personally. “As you can see, my biggest blessing is the love of my pack members. Without them, I would not be alive today and you would be trying Sheryl for murder, not attempted murder.” Serenity says in a strong voice full of challenge. This is why I had paired the footage. To show that as the pack prayed, as they bowed to their Goddess and the Alpha, she received healing. I wanted them to see it in real time side by side, so there were no doubts that it was THE PACK that had been blessed, not the pup herself.
