KAMARIA POV "Your mother is right, Davina. We love each other very much, but nothing romantic. You could say we are soul mates," Bobby smiled at me, and I smiled back agreeing with his words. "Shouldn't your soulmate be someone you are in love with?" Davina frowned at Bobby. "Not necessarily. Come on guys let me introduce you to my wife and kids. Jonathan and his girlfriend are here too," he added as we trailed through the short corridor leading into the living room.

“Nah. I was walking around and got bored. Thought we could talk.” “That’s nice. I’m glad you two are getting along. I know Archer likes it too.” Bobby diverts his eyes and nods. It’s strange being around him, and I feel bad that I don’t trust him. But he’s family and if he and Archer can have some sort of relationship, it would be great.

Bobby insisted on being the one to call Gregory because of his involvement with me. Bobby has been my rock these last couple of days. Sarah and Tyler have been hanging on to him whenever someone new comes over. I believe they feel safe with him because of his size, and they love him. I can't blame them. She ended things with Bobby but like all the men in her life, Bobby didn't want to let go.

But Billy wouldn't give Bobby a chance to catch his breath. Without delay, he pulled him aside to ask further.

Then Jayden and I sigh below their names. When we finish, Bobby looks at me, his eyes full of questions. “Does this mean... we’re really a family now?” I cup his face in my hands. “We’ve always been a family, Bobby. This just makes it official. You’re stuck with us now.” I grin, trying to lighten the moment, but the tears are already welling up in my eyes. He nods, his face softening. “I like that.” I pull him into a hug. Bobby’s been through so much, more than any kid should have to deal with, and now, finally, we can give him the stability he deserves.

Bobby knew that he shouldn’t be at the restaurant but he couldn’t help it, he wanted to see how badly this would go. Although, he hoped for her sake, it wasn’t a bomb about to go off.
