Omega Bound
The bond tightens around my chest like a barbed wire, squeezing until breathing becomes difficult.
Rhea stares at me, terror blooming across her face. “You…” her voice was thin and slurred. “Who are you?”
Her eyes search mine, really search this time, they move to the scar on my jaw, the shadows under my eyes.
Recognition trembles beneath me, close , so close to recognizing me.
“Why,” she whispers, swallowing hard. “Does my soul recognize a servant like you?”
