My mind is ringing with voices like two of me are fighting to agree or disagree with the plan. My body starts to numb, and my mind grows lightweight, making me nauseous that I see doubles. I can feel myself starting to drift off from the blood loss. I don't know if this was the best or worst decision to kill myself. But I have to leave, and the only for me is to make myself suicidal. I'm sure Liam will throw a fit, especially Effie. I can picture her face calling me an idiot for taking my own life. What is there for me to live when I'm caged somewhere with no windows, and only a door exists?

I turned back, taking one last look at the world full of scars and entanglements. The small sunflower windmill in front of my tombstone spun tirelessly in the wind. One looked broader than the other, and it was made out of what looked like steel. I opened the first door, and it was a small bathroom, then the second and I gasped in surprise. Right in front of me, there were rows after rows of MREs and a small armory from AR to melee weapons.

He didn’t reply right away but enclosed me in his arms. “Can we now start all over again?” he asked, smiling through his tears. I nodded and smiled.
