- he says laughing. “Zog, this man's of Japanese origin” – he says, looking into his captor's eyes. “It's a Japanese fox, a Kitsune, a Tricksters. We have to be alert. I remember from mom's story, that they are very smart, live almost as long as we do, and have magical powers.”

"Not unless the hell's grew tired of fire and bred their own chaos into something more... cunning." Alessia is the first to respond. "You said Kitsune. You think she's one of them?" "No," I say, gaze locked on the book, I feel drawn to it in an unusual. "I know she's a Kitsune." Derek steps between me and the table. "The Kitsune are extinct species. The last one was seen over a hundred years ago." I hold his stare. "That's what was said. The Kitsune are a very cunning creature. It's lies dormant if needs be. It adapt. It evolves."

And for those who don't know what a werefox and kitsune look like, you can look it up but here is a short note about all you need to know about a kitsune aka Sebastian Whitlock…. So basically kitsune are foxes that possess paranormal abilities that increase as they get older and wiser. According to folklore, the kitsune-foxes (or perhaps the "fox spirits") can bewitch people. They have the ability to shapeshift into human or other forms, and to trick or fool human beings. While some folktales speak of kitsune employing this ability to trick others—as foxes in folklore often do—other stories portray them as faithful guardians, friends, and lovers. <\> source: Wikipedia They usually have nine

Stacy moved to her friend and held her, just held her while she cried, Nikki wasn’t an overly emotional person, Raul was her best friend, they had known each other since they were cubs, and he was slaughtered in a similar manner to Marie. Nikki took a deep breath and calmed herself, “Dominic has a Kitsune in the Pack, she is the one you will need to talk to, all Kitsune are taught from a very young age about the dangers of their kind, she might know how to hunt this thing, I’m sorry I can’t be more help.” Stacy smiled and brushed away the last tear from Nikki’s eye, “You have helped more than you know, stay safe, and contact me if anything else happens.”

No sooner does the shadowy apparition pass, than the plumed bird ignites the desiccated vamp carcasses with lightning strikes, powderizing them into fading sparks and ensuring there’s no regeneration or rising again. Evidently, that’s still not enough to sate the alpha’s bloodlust though. Amid the battling weres on the ground, a genuine seven-tailed kitsune accomplishes the same thing as the lightning bird overhead. Imbued with fire, it zips and darts agilely in the wake of the were ranks, dancing flames leaping from its nimble feet, multiple tails and flickering along its coat, finishing off any wounded vamps and cremating any remains with explosive bursts of licking flames.

She had been living in constant pain, her body slowly collapsing under the weight of it. I felt my chest tighten painfully. I leaned back and covered my face with my hand. Even after I lost control and ordered my men to slaughter those bastards, I still had Caprian collect whatever evidence was left. Their scent, their emblems, everything pointed to one place, Blue Moon pack. Brian's pack. But why? Did Brian really want to kill Majori? What kind of horrifying thing happened that drove him to hunt her down like that? Those men hadn't come to capture her, they came to kill her. Tear her apart. No one sends an army like that after a single woman unless she carries something worth dying or killi

And I know of a way to produce the necessary amount of magical energy: the Blood Ritual. It is a banned ritual, highly taboo. I would have never even known about it, if it weren’t for all the books Ann used to smuggle from the Forbidden Section of the library. The ritual needs blood of two magical beings. It also needs to be performed when both the Altairain moons are full. I will of course be offering my blood. And I’ll have to ask Aldrich if he's willing to offer his blood.

Maybe why yours seem a bit complicated, is because you are to be with three different women, with different views about life, different lifestyle, different belief and all, but just like you have said, I believe there is a reason for everything, for the moon goddess is never wrong. I am even lucky, that I am mated to a man, there are wolves, who are not lucky enough to have anyone. Those ones are seen as cursed wolves. They used them as sacrifice to the cold hands of death, when there is need for any form of sacrifice to be offered, which is why, many of them end up being prostitutes, or meeting with other supernaturals, like vampires, witches, demons you name it.

insisted the other man then sprinkled me with salt again. Do I look like a demon in their eyes? Do I have a tail and horns that only they can see? "What trouble is this, Ando?" asked an old woman who suddenly approached us. "We found a female demon, Old Remi. Help us get rid of her!" The man called Ando reported to the woman called Old Remi.

But it didn't matter because she suddenly had fresh and wonderful possibilities. "Yes and no," she said in answer to the servant’s question. "I must return home and retrieve the Spell Book." Her heart lifted at the thought of wielding the book’s power—it didn’t contain only realm-travel spells, but also summoning spells more powerful than anything the kingdoms had seen in centuries, power transference spells—the possibilities were nearly limitless. "I will take the beast with me, so you are not troubled by him, and then I shall seal this portal behind me, so the prince cannot follow."
