Books Based On Mythology Novels & Stories

Deciding to take some books to read, I head in. The place was enormous. Rows of books cover the walls and isles. I felt like a kid looking over everything. My fingers touch each cover. Some full of dust, others really old. Intrigued, I stop on an isle that says legend and myths section. Looking at what book to choose. I approach one with a yellow cover. It looked old and dusty. Pulling it out, I read the title, “Goddess.” Curious to know, I take the book and go back. It was thick enough to have me at leas four days distracted on it.

She furthered, her interest obviously piqued. "Mostly myths and legends, religious texts and books, many Latin books from past times," I replied honestly because it wasn't odd for mortals to be fascinated by that sort of thing. Mortals always searched for ways to further their knowledge about things they did not fully understand. Things like God, the Devil, Angels, Demons, the supernatural in general piqued the interest of many humans.

Rhae slowly walked towards the bookshelf off to the side of the room and began skimming the titles. "Tales of Fae," Aynyra grinned, crossing her legs in the bed like a toddler. Rhae pulled the book off the shelf, examining the repeatedly broken spine and the clear wear and tear on the cloth-covered binding. "A children's book?" Rhae questioned peering at the title. Aynyra chuckled, "It's not a children's book, it's based on history. It's fact." Rhae walked over to the bed laughing, "It's myth Aynyra, don't tell me you believe in the Fae."

"How did you come up with your tale and characters, Ishaan?" "I've been interested in a variety of things, including superheroes. I had read several fantasy books, for example." "If you don't mind," I continued, "I have an idea." "Of course, go ahead." "Why don't you use Hindu mythology's characters and storylines? Our myths are so fascinating that they would create a fantastic fantasy-based game. You can obtain diversity, all types of heroes, monsters, and villains, whatever you want, and our myths are so intriguing that they would make an excellent fantasy-based game. People would also relate to them far better than they would to fictional characters."

Second bookcase, two shelves down, with a green cover, the words are jumbled up with the rest of my memories. Lycanthrope Mythology, the book cover reads in a delicate calligraphy. Quickly, I take it and return to the living room. The book looks to be decades old, definitely passed down through generations. Now that I think about it, almost all the books in Sebastian's office seem to be aged and fragile.

When I get there, I scan through them, picking up the ones that I feel might contain a sliver of answers. By the time I am done, both my hands are full of books. I walk to one of the tables, drop them on the table and take a seat. I grabbed the first book and began reading, looking for any information or any kind of clue. I’d gone through at least two books and I still hadn’t found anything. There wasn’t any information apart from the basic ones. How werewolves came to be. How this pack came to be. The different gods and goddesses. There was honestly nothing in those two books that I didn’t already know about.
