Booktok Door Frame Lean Novels & Stories

Brady’s POV With the added security, no matter how hard they tried or how strongwilled they were, the door was built with the best security measures. It’d take at least an hour to break down such a door. The door to the cabin was an in-built door layered with aluminum alloy and steel plates, featuring four hinges. Steel doors are more challenging to steal down. The glazing was impenetrable, with an added layer of cherry, oak, and mahogany.

Zeb turned to see that the center of the door suddenly had a huge dent on it! The door was solid wood! How powerful was the man to have kicked it into that shape?! There was another bang, and the door collapsed heavily on the floor as Frank entered! Helen was rejoicing as soon as she saw him. "Frank, help…" "You're ruining my plans again!" Zeb growled through his teeth. He already had enough of Frank. It was time he finished this!

Niko As I survey the room, I notice three distinct doors, each providing access in and out of this space. The first door, positioned at the back, swings open to reveal a cramped area filled with storage cupboards. Among the clutter, I spot an elderly woman nestled among the shadows, her presence almost hidden. She exudes an air of gentle vulnerability, with silver strands framing her soft, weathered face. Though her age marks her features, she radiates a sense of inherent harmlessness, as if shaped by years of quiet resilience.

I am indebted to this man. “Get a room why don’t you?” I hear a mutter and Kaden in a sudden outburst, lifts the bookshelf that had nearly crushed me and hurls it against the wall on the far end of the room. It smashes to smithereens and to our shock, the wall crumbles to reveal a tiny door. It creaks open. I blink and look from Landon to Kaden. “It’s a door…” I say. “I can see that,” Kaden snaps.

There is some steam evaporating as I look at it. The way is paved with limestones. It's not slippery which is good. The grass was trimmed and most of the trees were pruned as well. I immediately opened the huge door. I tried pushing and pulling but it won't budge. I found out, it was a sliding door made of black oak.

Dust motes, disturbed by our violent entry, danced in the few slivers of gray light that cut through the grimy, high-set windows, illuminating a vast, shadowy expanse of towering bookshelves that receded into an abyssal darkness. The door, splintered around the lock, wouldn’t latch. Jake immediately threw his weight against it, his boots skidding on the polished marble floor. “It won’t hold! I need to brace it!” he grunted, the strain evident in his voice as the door shuddered under an impact from the other side. A pale, grasping hand shot through the gap, fingers clawing at the air.

“Are they safe where they are?” Darren nodded. “Very. Nothing can get to them. The steel doors are almost a foot thick. Not even a bomb could dent them. I told you they would be safe.” “We have the front doors on screen ten,” a man yelled. Justice and Darren looked at that camera view and Darren cursed. The glass doors were down on the floor. The damage along the top of the wall where they’d been anchored had been twisted inward. “Son of a bitch! The glass held but the building didn’t.” Someone stated the obvious.

"We've got to break in; I don't have the codes." The rest of them lined up, right shoulders aimed at the doors. "Aim for the seam between them. That's the weak link," Asher called from his position. "On three." I counted down. The doors cracked open on the first try; we slammed the doors so hard against the walls that the left door bounced back almost smashing Atlas in the face. "Kiema!" I ran through the sitting area straight into the bedroom.

I picture walking freely. But the pictures are fuzzy and hard to hold. Just as I'm about to scream into the void for the hell of it, he opens the door. I didn't even hear a key or a lock click. He fills the doorway, like, the whole width and height of the door. Which, I guess, is pretty damn impressive. Wait, no, did I just complement this thing? No, it's worse. I think he actually looks hot leaning into the room, as even the light bends to his will. I've officially lost it.
