It’s by a woman who was dealing with depression and she wrote about her therapy sessions and her thoughts. I Want to Die, But I Want to Eat Tteokbokki. Every time I read it, something settles inside me. It makes me feel like I’m not alone in the chaos of my own mind. So I picked it up from the counter where I had left it and started reading.
