Send it to the analysts." Just then, Vivienne reached out through their blood bond — the telepathic link between bonded vampires. Damien's entire demeanor shifted instantly. The hard lines of his face softened. His voice dropped to something tender.

My thousands of years of pride and dignity were trampled into worthlessness by her most vicious words. "Now that I'm the Blood Pact Madam, I'll be the Queen of North American vampires!" Giselle touched up her makeup. "As for that scapegoat sister, let her rot!" I clenched my jaw tight, forcefully reined in my aura, and turned away. My heart pounded violently in my chest. Blood boiled and roared in my veins.

Clementine POV With Creed we went to the Chairman's office. When we entered the Chairman's office, Creed and I were immediately exposed to three Vampire High students. Two of them were women, they were bent over and the man was looking straight at me. She had a bruise on her side lip. It is possible that these three have a case. The Chairman sat us in front of the three while he sat in his chair. I looked at the Chairman. He turned to look at me.

Design boards were being pulled down off the walls. Half the computers were already gone. I stood there with my brain completely empty. "What are you doing?" My voice finally came back. The employee nearest to me paused. She glanced at me, awkward. "Miss Elena." "Oh. No." She seemed to catch herself, and her face got even more uncomfortable. "I shouldn't call you that anymore, should I?" I went stiff. She looked away from me and lowered her voice. "Word came down from the vampire nobility a few minutes ago."

The command rolled through the room with unmistakable authority. Bridget grunted under her breath, her jaw tightening as she fought against the pull of my order. I could see the resistance in her posture, the way her shoulders stiffened as she struggled to hold back her words, but she had no real choice. The power of my command pressed down on her until her resistance cracked. “It looks like you already know the truth, half-blood child,” she spat bitterly. “You are the child of that disgusting vampire… not mine.” Her words hit me like a physical blow, even though I had already suspected the truth.

Carlos leans toward me and whispers, “What was that about?” I smirk. “Bridget and Daniel like each other. I’m giving fate a little push.” He raises both brows in surprise. “Really? I never would’ve guessed. He acts like a vampire.” I giggle. “Yeah, and she’s like a Disney princess. But look at them… they work.” Across the table, Bridget glares at me and mouths, I will kill you. I try to stifle my laugh, nearly choking on my water. Helen pulls out her phone and types quickly. A second later, the group chat “Regal Chaos” pings.

Aside from being another addition into the family, her coming has if not all the time but it momentarily made everyone forget about Rick’s situation. It was hard for him at first but he grew used to it. He hides his emotions well but whenever he's around Bree, he tries to be himself but even though he has been trying to hide it, I think his lack of wolf is taking it's toll on him and I myself. Bridget is 22 years old yet we prefer to call her Bree but no one would notice. She's an alpha daughter so it wasn't a surprise when she shifted. She was a big black wolf, an alpha female Wolf and everyone respect her. I have a feeling that some are nursing the idea of her being the next alpha.

I tell them teasingly. Xavier looks at me confused through the mirror and Blake turn to give me a confused look, “What do you mean?” he asks me. “Oh, you guys have not watched the vampire diaries? It was a line said by Damon Salvatore in season one. Blake, I think that is the series we should watch next after we finish Bridgerton. It is very interesting and drama filled, you will love it. I promise,” I tell them. “Actually, I have watched all eight seasons of the vampire diaries, five seasons of the originals and four seasons of legacies. I love that franchise,” Xavier says. “If it were Catherine, you would. I understand you now. My daughter and I don’t matter to you. Catherine is the only one who does.” She rose to her feet and walked out of his office. Alexander didn’t stop her. Back home, Beatrice went straight to her bedroom, opened her safe, and took out a phone. She dialed. “What is it?” an irritated voice snapped through the speaker. Beatrice tensed. “Your daughter has been targeted by Regan.” Silence. She quickly explained everything that had happened. When she finished, the voice returned, cold and clipped: “Nothing must happen to our daughter.”
