Every detail placed exactly where it needed to be, like I was stitching a wound only I could see. He clutched his head in both hands, rocking forward like the weight of it all might crush him where he sat. His sobs tore through the room, raw and unguarded. He kept saying it was his fault, that he should’ve saved her, that he’d failed. But heartbreak doesn’t last forever. I knew that better than anyone. Soon, he would look at me and see more than the shadow of her. Soon, I’d be the only one left standing beside him, the only one who could quiet that storm in his chest.

Izzy Pov... In the caverns of her chest, a once vibrant heart now lay shattered, its fragmented pieces scattered across the desolate landscape of her soul. Each jagged edge of pain bore witness to the relentless onslaught of disappointment and loss, carving a deep chasm within that seemed to swallow any semblance of joy. Her constant cries aren't enough to heal her callous shattered heart. The weight of unspoken grief anchored her spirit, its heaviness an ever-present reminder of the ache that seemed to seep into every fiber of her being.

My heart was thumping hard against my chest for some reason, excited and nervous to hear the lyrics he wrote. "It's been a long day and I'm trying to figure it out The way those words left your mouth..." His eyes glued on the keys. "I feel broken, shattered and blue and it's all because of you.." His eyes now darted at me. "And I'm trying, trying to figure it out.." We stare eye to eye. "If this is love..." His eyes focused back on the keys again. "Why does it break me down? Why do you break me down?" He paused for three seconds. Took a deep breath in and exhaled.

'You need a wholesome Luna, not one that is as broken I am', I told him gently. 'What good is a wholesome Luna if my heart remains elsewhere?' he asked, his heart in his eyes. 'You are the one I want and though you feel heartbroken, you are wholesome to me!' he declared, and came to sit beside me, holding my hands. 'And if you are really broken, I shall piece you together and mend you with my love!'

But still, his heart felt all warm and fuzzy . "Promise me, Anthony, you will leave her and come back to me" . When he heard the next sentence coming from her, he felt like his heart was poked with a thousand needles . The pain surged in like a dark cloud blocking all the light and happiness and gripped him from all sides . One moment he felt like he was on cloud nine and the very next all his hopes were smashed into pieces . He took a deep breath and consoled his heart like had been doing since ages . Then he held her Pinky finger with his own and said -

Argh .... Andien punched the metal guardrail as she shouted angrily. "I hate you, Kenan. I hate you!" Andien screamed again while the sea water began to wet parts of her body as she chose to sit on the bridge that people said was called the bridge of love. It had only been 12 hours since Andien had received Kenan's sacred vows but Andien felt that she was already a widow. Andien tried to hold back her sobs as the tears continued to flow.

Never in million years, would I have though he would be mine? He picked up the pieces of my broken heart. He became a companion to my lonely soul. He took me by surprise. I stand up and walk slowly to him, I hold his hand again, resting my forehead on his back feeling his breathing, “pain doesn't define us Justin, it makes us stronger” He turns to me, his eyes dim, glossy with tears, “who broke us?” he says softly, touching my face softly. His touch was raw, deep, painful, he didn't move, he just stared at me with a sad face…I could feel it. “I have been broken a long time ago, I always say my heart doesn't even beat anymore that's how damaged I am” I chuckle wryly, “there's no point in having a heart right? Cara thinks I'm heartless, my mother thinks I lack compassion and you…you think I'm just…stock up”
