“What the hell happened to my baby?” The doctors came to the room and injected some sedative to calm me down. The next time I woke up Claire was still by my side and was talking to the doctor. They explained what happened. I had a miscarriage due to the accident. The jeep that I was driving was pushed over a cliff by a truck. They said that it was a miracle that I survived. I had a dislocated arm, a few broken ribs and a pneumothorax. My ribs punctured my lungs and it was nothing serious. “Roxy, stop crying. You are alive, this is a miracle. Who the hell fell off a cliff due to a car accident and survived?” Claire stated cheering me up.

Who wouldn't be after what he just did? I realised he was just inches away from me. His hair was a mess and a few buttons were undone on his shirt. The sleeves were ripped and the blood stains on it contrasted drastically with the white of his shirt. I stood there, drinking in his features- and then I felt pain.
