I laugh and race over, taking him by surprise and accidently knocking him over with me on top of him. She was using Menreiki in the last match with her team suffering a terrible defeat 10-50. This Enma player had 35 kills! What nonsense and he got them in so few minutes. She called him a hacker, nearly smashing the phone to the ground but then she recalled it wasn't hers, to begin with.

It was security footage from the playground. We saw Lucian, looking like a mini-Killian with golden hair, standing in front of a group of younger pups. A ten-year-old bully from the senior class—a boy twice Lucian’s size—was trying to take a ball away. Lucian didn't fight. He just stood his ground, radiating that calm, Alpha authority he had inherited from his father. "Leave them alone, Leo," mini-Lucian said on the recording. "It’s not yours." The bully pushed Lucian. Lucian stumbled back but didn't fall.

“You’re tiny but you’re not scared.” “I’m not scared of mean people,” Adele said firmly. The smaller boy behind her sniffled and stood up. He moved to stand beside her. The biggest bully rubbed his arm. “Fine. We were just playing.” “No, you weren’t,” Adele said. “Say sorry.” The three bullies looked at each other. Then, one by one, they mumbled, “Sorry.” Adele nodded, satisfied. “Good. Now go play nicely.” The bullies walked away, glancing back at her with a mix of surprise and respect. The smaller boy wiped his eyes and smiled shyly at Adele.

Tyler says before hugging him around the neck. He returns to his spot on the floor; Calvin hands him a gift from Uncle Dan. “I’ve always wanted one of these!” Tyler informs the crowd, holding a large Nerf gun. Dan points to a large, open box by the door. “We have four others, so we can all play.” “Can we have a Nerf gun fight right now?” Tyler asks Calvin, hopping to his feet. “First, we have to talk about the rules and open your last gift,” Dan states, capturing Tyler’s full attention. “We must keep the guns and darts away from your baby sister. They are for big boys only.”

He and I have cleverly modified a child's battery-powered ride-in vehicle, enhancing it to be faster and making it remote-controlled—almost like an RC car. As I drive it around the yard, Boo eagerly chases after it, trying to pin it down so it won't escape. Watching this gentle giant romp around brings me endless joy.
