And she is fine.” He said happily, then a frown crept up his face. “My father thinks it’s stupid for me to have a pet bunny. He said that I am the next Alpha after him and I don’t need her. I’m worried that my father is going to kill her one day.” “Now don’t say that.” I said kneeling down to reduce myself to be the same height with the innocent child. “I’m sure your father wouldn’t do that.”

Oh, that's clever–" By displaying Raven's picture on my phone, I was able to cut her words short. I expected this, so I asked Raven to join me in taking a picture. Britanny took out my phone and scanned the photo attentively. She abruptly asked, "Wait, Raven Ventrius?" When she said Raven's full name, it made my brow furrow.

She seemed to be full every time the men left. When I took water into Rebecca's room, I noticed her face glowing, and her tummy had grown bigger too. "Everly, come look! This is the bloodstone I'm growing. It'll come out in another month. After Mom sells it for a good price, we'll be living the high life!" I touched Rebecca's tummy and felt something move under the skin. I drew my hand back with a start. "Rebecca, is being a rabbit-woman really that great?" I couldn't help but ask. "Mom gave me a pouch of spices yesterday and told me to let it burn as I slept."

He smiled good with a good sense of humour. “First, the next three rangers you meet are bonded lone wolves. Second, all three are contemplating a shared mating with Ebony. Third, she welcomes it, so please don’t mess it up on her. Fourth, one of them looks a lot like Ran. There may be a reason, and it’s not his fault.”

In the afternoon, Grayson and Shane arrived early at the pre-booked private room. Sam stared at the information packet about Angora as he muttered, "Angora? Is their fighter a rabbit?" Rodney was confused. "What do you mean a rabbit?" Sam explained, "There's a type of domestic rabbit called the Angora rabbit. Does it mean that he likes rabbits just like Mrs. Page?" Rodney asked, "Mrs. Page likes rabbits?" Sam inched closer to him and whispered, "Mrs. Page is actually the famous Mr. Bunny."
