I jolted as I heard those words uttered by a celestial voice. No. Not heard. I felt the voice. Like it was within me. I looked around, goosebumps peppering my arms. “Zeke! Zeke, where are you?!” I called out, anxiety creeping in. “Right here, Kitten.” He said. I sighed in relief. I was back at the table, almost like nothing had happened. Except for the fact that what I'd just experienced was so vivid. “Tell us Mirabella, what happened?” X asked, like he had an idea of what I just encountered.

All his thoughts refocused on that beauty that invaded his dreams. His instincts suddenly tensed up as he heard something moving in the bushes, the thoughts of the girl vanished instantly as he moved into an alerted stance. The source of the sound was a cute white rabbit that barreled its way through the said bushes. It was jumping back and forth, as if trying to get his attention.

I closed my eyes again after snapping it open when the image of the strange fellow on top of me trailing kisses from my neck, chest down to my belly button caused my breathing to hitched at how hot it looked. I snapped my eyes open and began to scrub my body angrily, with the hope that I can wash away everything about us including his touch that night but deep down I knew that was far from possible. Chris asked rubbing his neck with his hand. Bella knew he just wanted to avoid the topic. She knew Chris was not caring enough to care if someone has eaten or not. "What a good way to change the topic." Bella said with a chuckle. Chris eyes suddenly held Bella's because he really loved how she smiled and Bella found his eyes so beautiful. He had a beautiful Violet Eyes, his eyes were so unique, it almost felt like there were tiny pretty little stars in them.

“Oh.” Colton’s hand shot out behind him again. Stop. He moved faster now, still silent but charged, like a storm tightening. He crouched beside the rabbit, hands steady, and I saw the wire looped around its waist, cutting into soft belly. Blood wet the fur. The rabbit’s eyes were wide and glassy, terror vibrating through its entire small body. I dropped to my knees anyway, not caring about wet grass. “Let me.” Colton’s gaze snapped to me, sharp. “Hands back. It will kick.”

I hold my aching side, bracing myself to keep going, run it off, when I notice two things at once. A few feet away, under the tall oak where Mari had been perched, there’s a white rabbit, upright on her haunches, staring at me, frozen in place. And my wolf isn’t fighting me for our skin. The rabbit’s tiny heart flutters under its smooth fur, racing. Its pink and white ears point skyward. My wolf notes the little critter, his mouth instinctively watering, but he dismisses her as quickly as he notices her.

As I place my hands on its soft tiny body, I feel a gentle flow of energy. My heart trembles within my chest, and I try to ignore it. I close my eyes, concentrating on the sensation. Soon, I can feel the rabbit's life source, a gentle hum of energy flowing through its body. I sense its heartbeat, its calm breath, its very essence. But my own heart refuses to calm down. I can feel it pounding in my chest, a reminder of last night. Alpha Xzen. I shake my head pushing the thoughts away, focusing on the task at hand.

Alyssa said keeping a sad face. A hissing sound "Ah!" The rabbit gasped. "What was that?" The rabbit asked and grabbed Alyssa's usual white gown looking quite afraid. Then Alyssa hurriedly came down from the bed. "My goodness this room gives me the creeps," the rabbit adds as he shakes continuously like someone catching a cold. "Don't worry am sure it was just the wind," Alyssa said confidently. Hissing sound again "Now I am sure that wasn't just the wind," Berk said with his teeth shaking like a grinding machine.

It was a big rabbit. I froze and my breathing was suddenly cut out. My breath slammed into my throat as I tried to swallow the scream that had crawled up my throat. I felt the rabbit’s small tongue dart out to lick my fingers then it rushed away. I released the breath I’ve been holding, nearly collapsing in relief. I quickly continued moving. Not daring to stop for fear that another deadly creature will crawl up my arm. The tunnel was too tight so plenty of movement could not be made in it.
