Larry stood in a pool of blood—the Ackerman’s blood—and shuddered slightly. At one corner, Xander slit the throat of Jonah Ackerman—the head of the Ackerman family— then wiped the blood on his tongue before shoving the dagger back in his pocket. “Tastes like shit.” He spat as he grimaced. “Are you telling me you've been tasting shit?” Larry teased. “Shut up, Larry.” Xander retorted as Larry chuckled. He tossed Jonah aside and stepped over him, before looking around and nodding in satisfaction.

Xaden plunged the blade into his thigh first, burying it to the hilt with a vicious grin. I can imagine how the edges tore at his flesh. On the way in and especially as the blade pulled out. He went at different places; Landon’s abdomen twice, his shoulder, his other thigh. By the time he got to the man’s neck, Landon was barely making a sound, twitching with every stab. Xaden stepped back from the man who he had practically shredded to pieces, parts of the dead Alpha’s entrails on the floor. He turned around to stare at the silent crowd, blood all over his body and then he threw his head back and laughed.

the man announced. Before anyone could react, a scream tore through the air. The man’s body hit the ground, his head severed cleanly. Xander stood a step away, his claws dripping with blood. He faced the remaining men, his expression cold. “Go tell Zach he’ll have to go through me to touch my mate!” he growled. Upstairs, Abigail trembled as she watched through the window. Her eyes fixed on the headless body. Xander had killed for her.

“I’d say it’s a very good reason, if you ask me.” But I shake my head vigorously. “No, Duke broke up with me! If anything, he was happy that the relationship was done.” Xander merely shakes his head once more. “The heart is a fickle thing, sweetheart. Nonetheless, he wasn’t prepared to see you going at it hard with a new lover, and he lost it.” I nod. “Right. But then why is he the one with the wound?” Xander expression goes grim then. “Because after I left you in the kitchen, I made my way to the bedroom where I keep my hunting rifles. I pulled one out, and took a shot at the antagonist. I blew his knee out,” he says matter-of-factly.

The rogues and the South warriors are battling with each other, but the rogues unexpectedly use a human weapon. "You, arrogant brat! You are the same with your mate, Andrea. I wonder if she is okay now. I heard she was pregnant now? Likewise, I hope she will not die before I kill her," Alpha Homer said wickedly, and he laughed like a crazy madman. Alpha Bryan clenched his fist. He was angry because of what Alpha Homer said. "What do you mean?" Alpha Bryan asked after he attacked Alpha Homer, but Alpha Homer strangely stopped Alpha Bryan's attack which made Alpha Bryan shocked in this belief.

Luca mercilessly cut his victim's neck with a razor-sharp knife. Its blood dripped into the tiled sink, and some splattered on his rag clothes and plastic apron. His unfortunate victim twitched, and was eventually killed. From the tools pouch, Luca took an electric meat saw and faced the victim again. When the blood stopped flowing from its neck, he began to cut the victim's neck. Too much blood flowed again from the headless victim. He then sliced open its stomach to remove the flesh inside, but he hadn't finished when he heard a series of knocks on the stainless door of the room where he was. Luca turned away from what he was doing and grudgingly opened the door.

“If it wants her, then it makes sense. You know what Brand was.” Lydia’s eyes widened in realization. “So . . . that’s why we never found his body.” "So are we smashing it or—" Before Butcher could complete his words, a beam of light shot from the object, striking his face to leave behind a charred, steaming hole in it. He collapsed instantly, his lifeless body hitting the floor with a sickening thud. "Butcher!" Gidon screamed, rushing to his side. "You—" A second beam shot through the air, striking Gidon square in the chest. His face froze in shock as his body crumpled to the ground, leaving a gaping, charred hole in its wake.
