Alpha of Alphas - The Lycan's Impossible Mate

Alpha of Alphas - The Lycan's Impossible Mate

I say, pulling the beanie low over my ears. “I can’t sit in that tent anymore. I have the worst cabin fever. Worse than last year. Remember? When we were snowed in?” I do remember it, and I long for it now. “It wasn’t that bad.” “In hindsight, no.” I laugh at him. For me, it is a fond memory. The calm and peace of being with my family without the constant fear of attacks hanging over our heads. “Are you just looking for company?” I ask. “Or do you have something to report?”

This book is truly fascinating. I am loving the emotional and dark story line! In my opinion, I feel you learn a great deal about the current and past prejudices w/in and out of the supernatural community, and how the MCs fight these prejudices within themselves and with others. Great work!!!

Hi miss Celice Wylder. I just want to ask what happened to your other book, the title is Plain Jane a werewolf? Why is not here in good novel anymore? I know I save it in my library because I haven't finish reading yet and now it's gone. I hope you put it here again, I love that book very much.

Trapped With You

Trapped With You

What am I going to say? He frowned when Fuji and Raul Frey faced him at the same time. "You're sick?" Fuji touched my forehead. "Oh! You're hot!" I grinned. "Why, thank you! I was born hot, you know---" "No. Literally," Fuji said seriously. "You're hot as in... you have a fever!" Eh? I touched my forehead. Yes. It's hot. Alas, the dinosaur has developed a fever. That's why I'm dizzy. Rawr!

THE ART OF SINS

THE ART OF SINS

: The Family Cabin Orgy Chapter 1 The old wooden cabin smelled of pine, smoke, and years of family secrets. Every summer the entire family came here for one long weekend. This year felt heavier. Charged. I was twenty years old and had been noticing things I should not notice for a long time.

It's Been A While, Mr. Alpha

It's Been A While, Mr. Alpha

"Sit down first. Just a moment, and I'll just make you something to drink." The cabin was small, so Cathy never lost sight of Caisen. The living room is only a few steps away from the cabin's kitchen, which is why Cathy can still see Caisen. The two of them are in the middle of the forest, just the two of them, inside a cabin with a sofa and a bed. Cathy's face immediately warmed up as she looked around. 'Shit, what am I thinking? ' Cathy secretly shook her head to get rid of her thoughts. 'Ah, am I horny? But I have never had sex, so why would I feel this way? My heat cycle still hasn't arrived because the full moon isn't here yet.'

The Alpha's Commoner Bride

The Alpha's Commoner Bride

Aurora The cabin is small, stuffy, with a horrible stench of animal flesh and burnt cedar radiating through the small space. There’s a kitchen fit for one person at a time, chunks of meat set out on the counter, fresh and bloody from a recent kill. The living room is a few lounge chairs facing the fireplace that runs smoke outside, some of it staying dormant indoors, making it hard to breathe without tasting the stench.

Pregnant and Favored: See You in the Morning, Young Master

Pregnant and Favored: See You in the Morning, Young Master

He was wearing so little clothes and Xavia did not know whether he would be able to make it through the night. Just as she was thinking about it, the man said in a low voice, “Maison seems to be having a slight fever.” Fever?! Anxious and worried, Xavia hurriedly walked over and squatted next to the little boy. She pressed her hand to Maison’s forehead, and as expected, his body was indeed a little warm. She frowned and said, “He is a bit warm, I think he really is having a fever. What should we do? There is no medication in the bag and there are no medicinal herbs in this cave. Will Maison be in danger if it becomes a high fever?”

I just started this book but the plot is being dragged out for long. when is XAVIA going to find out that her WONDERFUL SISTER JENNA is evil and not loving as she portrays herself to be. I REALLY DON'T LIKE STEFAN. I THINK THAT HE IS UP TO SOMETHING. ZIVON IS AN IDIOT. NOT MACHO ENOUGH FOR XAVIA.

Hotter Than Hell

Hotter Than Hell

The house has a lot of security features, so we're as safe as we can be. It's February and the Phoenix weather is beautiful right now. It will be hotter than hell in a few months. That's why we bought this place. It's our getaway when the heat's too much. For some reason, Moon insisted we come up this weekend. I'm not exactly fond of the heat, but I absolutely hate the cold and Flagstaff is damned cold in February. I gave in because I miss Fred. He's the goat who didn't have a name. When we bought the cabin, Moon had an outside pen built and surprised me. Have I mentioned that I'm in love? Yes, with Moon too.

THE HUSBAND TRAP

THE HUSBAND TRAP

Kat rubbed both of their cheeks, getting all teary and emotional. "We know mom, but there will be plenty other New Years, plus we did spend eight with each other already," Nola added and Katherine giggled as she placed the thermometer back inside a little pouch. "But Aiden was looking forward to spending time with you two. He'll be so sad when I tell him you both are sick," Katherine exhaled. "He's a big boy, he'll get over it," Nathan huffed. "Plus mom it's not like we're gonna die, it's just a fever and a runny nose. So going to a cabin where it'll be colder than here is not such a good idea for us."

I’M SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE LOT OF YA. These people commenting are a bunch of super-duper-freaks. Look how y’all’s are behaving like a bunch of sex-addicts forcing the writer to have the 2 MCs sleep together. I’m a freak 2, but this is just unacceptable, especially since there are kids on the cover.

A pretty boy like me can admit when they are wrong. Please disregard my original review. I only read the summary & first chapter and thought it would be boring, but after coming across this book again and realized so many ppl disagreed. I gave it another go and I was not disappointed. Good story.

The Alpha’s Revenge

The Alpha’s Revenge

"You're really weird. It was your decision to spend the weekend at the cabin. But now it seems like you aren't up for it" "The cabin?" My confusion was only worsening. "Yes. Your family's cabin deep in the forest" The mention of the forest caused my heart rate to spike. "The forest? Why would I want to go to the forest? We can't go to the forest" I said hysterically. "Calm down. Maybe you do have a fever. I'll speak with your mum. See if we can shift it to tomorrow" She was out of the door before I could say another word. I rolled out of bed and trudged into my bathroom, stopping at the mirror hanging on the wall to take a look at myself.

The Scandalous Step Siblings: First Enemies, Then Lovers

The Scandalous Step Siblings: First Enemies, Then Lovers

ANYA’S The van smelled like old copper and stale coffee, a cold and metallic box that rattled with every jagged mile Lila put between us and that crumbling motel. I sat on the hard floor and braced my body against the vibrating wheel well, cradling Kai’s head in my lap while the world outside blurred into a dark streak of pines. He was shaking again, the violent heat of his fever finally breaking only to leave him clammy and shivering against the bitter mountain air that whistled through the gaps in the door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cabin Fever' is one of those horror flicks that sticks with you because of its raw, visceral vibe. The story follows a group of college friends heading to a remote cabin for a wild weekend, only to find themselves battling a gruesome flesh-eating virus instead of partying. It starts off like your typical slasher setup—isolated location, booze, and tension between characters—but then takes a sharp turn into body horror territory when one of them contracts the disease after encountering a creepy, infected hermit nearby. The real horror isn’t just the gore (though there’s plenty of that); it’s watching friendships disintegrate as paranoia takes over. Who’s infected? Who’s lying? The film doesn’t pull punches with its bleak tone, and the ending is downright nihilistic. What I love is how it blends classic cabin-in-the-woods tropes with a contagion narrative, making it feel like 'Evil Dead' meets 'The Thing' but with a grimy early-2000s aesthetic. The director, Eli Roth, clearly had fun subverting expectations—like the infamous 'pancakes' scene, which is equal parts hilarious and horrifying.

On a deeper level, 'Cabin Fever' plays with themes of trust and survival instinct. When society’s rules vanish, how far will people go to protect themselves? The characters’ descent into selfishness is almost more disturbing than the virus itself. And that soundtrack? Unsettlingly perfect. It’s not a masterpiece, but it’s a cult classic for a reason—especially if you’re into practical effects and unapologetic gross-out moments. Just maybe don’t watch it while eating.
