Stepping into the room, Daisy quickly flipped her light switch. 'Dang it! The power is out again.' Her thoughts raced as she walked slowly into the dark room. Just then the light flickers on. "Surprise!" The voice of Allison Melody and her two friends Vicki and Christiana broke through the silence. "Happy birthday, Daisy!" Allison and her friend's voices reverberate through the apartment, echoing with warmth and excitement. Daisy stood frozen, caught between the rush of adrenaline from the initial shock and the sudden flood of relief that washed over her.

Daisy stared at her. For a moment she looked like she might say nothing. Then her lip trembled slightly. Very slightly. "I'm scared." Jessica felt her heart crack. Because suddenly Daisy didn't look twenty one anymore. Didn't look grown up. Didn't look like an adult. Suddenly she looked six. Standing in pyjamas with a stuffed rabbit tucked beneath her arm. Scared of thunderstorms. Scared of monsters. Scared of the dark. Only this wasn't thunder. Wasn't monsters.

Elijah's P.O.V "Your coffee" I turn in my chair to look at Camila. Her low voice gets me every time, I don't know he her voice is so calm all the time and barely audible. She stood by my desk, dressed in an oversized grey dress shirt, with only a few buttons open, revealing her cresent moon necklace, a pair of black skinny jeans with rips in the knees and by the height she's standing, I'm guessing ankle boots. Her hair was cascading down her shoulders in amazing curls as she displayed her beautiful taunting smile.

Lora suggested. They agreed and put their dead phones in a bag and set it aside. As dusk expanded in the air, the light of the born fire transformed the place into something else. "I brought my Ukulele, who's up for some music tonight?" asked June. "I am!" said Daisy, grabbing the guitar from her hands. "I'll sing a song first." They clapped for her as she feigned a cough before bursting into laughter. "Okay, you guys ready?" "Hell, yeahhhhh."

Alice rolled her eyes at her and said, “Oh, no! I am just worried that someone might find out what you did wrong before. Did Jessica tell you to do what she said?” Daisy sneered at the mention of Jessica and exclaimed, “Oh! To be honest, I am not scared of her at all. She is just a nobody. I will have my brother pick on her if I don’t like her. You know, it’s tough to be a celebrity and she is too busy to meet and talk about our collaboration. By the way, I am leaving at the end of this month. You can see me off at the airport if you are available then. Zayden will be shocked by us.” Alice nodded and said, “No, I don’t think so. He is always been very emotionally stable.”

Alexander replied to him and continued watching Dahlia and James. "Unbelievable! It's the Daisy I know. The wife of Lucius Davis who strangely disappeared years ago. I can't believe that she's your big sister and also the owner of such a huge successful Company like D's!". James was so amazed that he couldn't help himself and said all this out loudly. James turned to face Alexander, Jack and Henry that were seated at the sofa and glaring at him like some kind of another jerk. "No wonder these kids strangely look like Lucius Davis…. It turns out they're Daisy and Lucius Davis ....". Dahlia had heard enough from James, she slammed her hands on her desk as she stood up and said, "Enough, James!

Chelle managed a polite nod. Simon approached, Camila at his side again, serene and smiling. “And this must be the new one,” Lilian said lightly. Camila stepped forward, angelic. “Please call me Camila.” “I like her,” Lilian murmured to Simon with a pleased grin. Chelle’s chest tightened. She scanned the room — found Daisy flushed pink in the corner, Johnson leaning close, whispering something that made her hide her smile. Chelle crossed the floor quickly and grabbed Daisy’s wrist.

He pushed it open. A woman stood inside. Not Daisy. Another woman. Blonde. Pale. Tied up. "Help," she whispered. Cole ran to her. "Who are you?" "They call me June," she said. "Please untie me." He hesitated. "I'm not lying," she said. "I heard them talking. They took someone named Daisy. I think they moved her." Cole cut the ropes. "Come with me." Daisy was still in the room. Still alone. She had eaten half the sandwich. It wasn’t poisoned. She drank some water.

He face-palmed, lifting his head to look at the kitchen door when it creaked. "Oh, I forgot to mention, Daisy came over after Draven left; Draven's mom sent her to bring cookies for me." I held in a laugh when his eyes widened before he masked his expression with a blank one. "Have you come to bore the luna with your boring sexual stories?" Daisy asked as she placed the tray of cookies on the table, pushing Jones feet over the edge. She wore a simple body-con dress that reached to the middle of her thighs. It had a v-neck that gave a glimpse of her boobs, and I didn't miss Jones eyes drifting to her chest as she bent to place the tray.
