They knew that it was not good.
“You really want to know, huh?”
Max stood up and faced her grandfather who did not move a muscle of flinch.
“Yes.”
“Quentin, I really think this is not the time..”
“I will tell you.”
It was mid day and the sun was blazing hot. But Max’s blue flame seemed to grew even brighter, even bigger. And in it, face of a guardian wolf appeared.
“I have her, Hera, my guardian wolf.”
Quentin, Betty and the more or less ten people left in the arena were blinded by the light and feared it as well. They all knew the story of the guardian wolves.
