Cars 2 The World Grand Prix Novels & Stories

Reggie said. “Besides, you can’t blame me! Blame my stupid car! “People online were saying that drivers would always avoid second-hand cars! “It didn’t feel that way when I drove mine! I’ll have to buy an Aventador to see if it gets better next time!” Reggie kept boasting about his second-hand car for some reason. “You’re kidding, Young Master Reggie! You think I don’t know that you were driving a Porsche Panamera? If that’s a rundown car, then what about our Mercedes and BMWs?”

Orlie informed me, "and the ultimate victor will serve as the ambassador for their latest sports car model." As we entered the dome, three identical cars stood prominently, each in a different hue - yellow, blue, and red. Their polished surfaces sparkled, captivating the attention of everyone present. "How much do they cost?" I inquired, eyeing the sleek vehicles. "Eight million dollars!" he exclaimed. "Can you believe it? Twenty-four million for a trio of cars purely intended as decorative fixtures for racing events, courtesy of TerraTraxx. Tss!" "You fancy one of those?" I teased Orlie, knowing full well that the winner of the race would receive the latest model of the supercar.

The drive home was a blur of orange paint and white-knuckled frustration. The Lamborghini’s engine, which had sounded like a victory cry only hours ago, now felt like an annoying roar in Vivienne’s ears. Every time she shifted gears, she saw the flick of that man’s wrist as he winked. Every time she looked in the rearview mirror, she expected to see a white Porsche looming behind her, only to find the road empty.

"It’s three o'clock. Leo has been standing by the flagpole for fifteen minutes. He thinks he's been abandoned, Will. Just this once. Please. I'll give you my share of the Aspen cabin." William sighed, checking his custom watch. It was a masterpiece of Swiss engineering, completely wasted on timing a school pickup. "Fine. But if he gets mud on the Alcantara, you’re buying me a new car." Ten minutes later, the scarlet Ferrari SF90 Stradale roared down the quiet, tree-lined street of St. Jude’s Elementary. It was the kind of neighborhood where people drove sensible hybrid SUVs. William’s car, by contrast, looked like a low-slung, angry spaceship.

In the garage there was a Bugatti Veyron super sport, Lamborghini Gallardo Rx Spyder, Porsche, Koenigsegg Agera R and the SSC Ultimate Aero- the second fastest car in the world. When we entered I pulled a chair and demanded Alec to sit. At the moment, I felt murderous. The urge to torture Alec in such a compromising situation was really starting to take over my thoughts. I smiled evilly at my thoughts. "W-why is she smiling like that?" Alec asked in fright, scooting away from me and looking frantically between Kyle and I. Kyle gave me a confused look and Alec gulped. “Okay son tell me what you know.” I said to Alec.

Catelyn went straight to the point. Grandpa Albert did not know what happened, so he did not refuse and did as Catelyn asked. In the huge garage, more than 20 luxury cars were parked. Some were gifted by others, and some were bought by Cedrick himself. There were all kinds of branded cars, including sports cars, business cars, and SUVs. Catelyn took a while to search around, but she could not find the Mercedis Maybach that hit Stella. She told Grandpa Albert the license plate number.

"This car costs twenty times more than your Honda. Do you really think I'd let you park next to it? Please. This is a—" "Ferrari 488 GBT, V8 engine, 3902 cc displacement, 670 horsepower at 8000 rpm. Goes from 0 to 200 km in 8.3 seconds, and clocks a lap time at Fiorano in one minute, twenty-three seconds," Alexia interrupted, staring him down. Then she looked at the car. "It's nice, but way too flashy. Doesn't suit a magnate. And you? You definitely don't suit it either."

He looks nore relaxed than the formal clothes he usually wore for palace business. “Ready?” “As I’ll ever be.” We walked to the private garage and I stopped dead when I saw what was waiting. The garage looked like something from a luxury car magazine. Sleek vehicles lined up in perfect rows, everything from classic muscle cars to modern sports cars to SUVs that probably cost more than houses. Davian moved toward a matte black car that looks like it belonged on a racetrack. “Is that—” “Lamborghini Aventador.” He ran his hand along the hood with obvious affection. “Custom modifications. Zero to sixty in 2.7 seconds.”

Cassar had fallowed me all the way, glaring and growling warnings at me as I ran. But Cassar was too stupid to know what I had planned. I might not be able to run away from him, but I have another way of transportation now. I didn’t worry about my stuff inside as I ran around the pack house to the front. I could always replace it. Cassar shouted threats at me as I left him behind. Both of us now in human form. I didn’t hesitate as the garage door opened. Right in front was a red Ferrari 488 GTB. A powerful vehicle that makes 710 horsepower, leaping to 60 mph in less than three seconds.

The city passed before my fresh eyes as we drove deeper into Nicholas de Sanctis's modest neighborhood, and then I looked up at the familiar house I'd visited once. Carl's car pulled into the garage, drove back, and parked next to Nicholas' car. The separate garage door lifted, and two vehicles sat inside, one with the hood open. Both cars were black, like Nicholas's soul. I knew nothing about cars-who could blame me? I'd never even been taught to drive-but I realized these were classics. One of them was a Gran Torino. I only know that because I saw a Gran Torino not too long ago. Carl was crying, even though he would never admit it. And since seeing a man cry is the saddest thing in the wor
