The Eclipse Vow

The Eclipse Vow

He just put a hand on Caleb’s shoulder. "The contract has changed, Caleb," Zade said, his voice like a grinding stone. "I was going to let you live in your little kingdom. But you tried to kill my Luna." "Zade, wait" Caleb started to beg. "The Eclipse has risen," Zade interrupted. "And your sun is setting." Zade didn't kill him. Not yet. He looked at me, a silent question in his eyes. He was giving me the choice. I looked at Caleb, the boy who had promised to love me and the man who had tried to murder me. I didn't feel love. I didn't even feel hate anymore. I just felt finished.

Eclipse of the Fated Bond

Eclipse of the Fated Bond

Why did he have to be late on a special night like this? "He's close," Katie sniffed and whispered. "Now, I'm excited." For the first time in a while, I felt her leap within me. . . The elders approached the altar. Lady Trish, the priestess of the moon goddess, lifted her wooden staff and began the bonding ritual. “Tonight, the Moon Goddess will seal what has been bonded forever. After this ritual, there is no going back. Now, step forward. Alpha Jax Kane and Mira Locke."

I grab Kaziel's face, forcing his gaze towards mine. "Stay with me," I plead. "You can’t let it take you now." His fingers twitch weakly. And right in that instant, the sky outside darkens unnaturally fast. My eyes go wide as realization hits me. The eclipse. Kira gasps. "It's happening now! Dani, we have to begin the ritual!”

Okay so I won't lie, I was tempted to stop reading at one point. I felt it was going slower than I like, and I didn't understand why this super strong tribrid was the way he was. BOY WAS I IN FOR IT. I'm glad I didn't stop reading. That twist was.. WOW. Was NOT expecting it. I enjoyed this story!
Katrina Hofstadter
I loved this book and am looking forward to reading more from this author and the next book of this saga. The author doesn't leave an question unanswered or unnecessarily drag the story out. The ability to keep the continuity of the story from beginning to end, was spot on. A great read!

The Dragon's Silent Shadow

The Dragon's Silent Shadow

The indicator light blinked. LEVEL: SKY-SPIRE OBSERVATION DECK. Tristan stood up. He buttoned his coat. He checked his rapier. He looked at Saoirse. "You heard the lady," Tristan said softly. "Let's go help your mother kill my father." The doors opened. And they stepped out into the eye of the eclipse. The Observation Deck was not a room; it was a cathedral of glass at the top of the world. The ceiling was open to the sky. The eclipse was total now. A ring of fire hung in the heavens—a black sun surrounded by a corona of burning white.

Resisting The Savage Alpha Brothers

Resisting The Savage Alpha Brothers

CASPIAN Day one. Day two. Now, the sixth day approached. I spent my hours outdoors, meticulously monitoring the weather, even the forecasts now inexplicably altered. This was an unprecedented eclipse, devoid of scientific explanation, its persistent shadow a spiritual anomaly. This eclipse was never natural; it was a manifestation of the divine.

Alpha's Eclipse

Alpha's Eclipse

His gaze bore into me, steady, unreadable. And when he spoke, his voice was softer than I expected. “Because he already knew your name before I even said it.” The world tilted beneath me. I swallowed. “That doesn’t make sense.” “It does to him.” Caius sighed, running a hand through his dark hair. He looked like he was debating something—like he was about to say something he really, really didn’t want to. Then, with visible reluctance, he told me. “You were born under a rare lunar eclipse.”

The Legendary Mage and Her Golden Dragon

The Legendary Mage and Her Golden Dragon

When the solar eclipse was announced Mia had a bad feeling about it but Jamy who was Cassy's adoptive father told her not to worry and that she couldn't lock her up at home anyway. And what she had feared so much had finally happened, she had felt the seal she had placed on Cassy so that her third eye would stop sending her visions break, and it had happened exactly at the moment of the total eclipse.

Rejected But Elevated

Rejected But Elevated

He was way calmer than before, no freak-out this time. “Jamie and Daisy, they’ve got him. Tonight’s the night they’re going to hurt him.” Cassie’s stomach dropped. She’d caught that weird smell on Jamie earlier, and he’d been acting all twitchy. Lark wasn’t lying. “Where?” she pressed. “There’s a clearing, deep in the woods. They’re waiting for the eclipse.” Lark squeezed her hand, knuckles white. “We go tonight, or it’s game over.” Cassie nodded, all business. “I’ll get the warriors.”

Detective Casie Blackwood and the Moonlit Secrets

Detective Casie Blackwood and the Moonlit Secrets

Casie asked, the term unfamiliar despite her pack education. "A rare celestial alignment that occurs once every seven centuries," Elias explained, stepping forward to join them. "It amplifies magical energies and weakens the barriers between supernatural realms." "Making it the perfect opportunity for a power grab," Nathaniel concluded grimly. "When is this Convergence?" "Three weeks from now," the warrior woman replied. "The same timing as Luna's first heat cycle after bonding. Not coincidental, I suspect." Casie felt both her mates tense through their bond, protective instincts flaring at this connection between cosmic events and their most intimate biological processes.

Without My Colored Glass Wings

Without My Colored Glass Wings

She smiled sweetly and offered her hand. Mrs. Daetes stared at her hand then looked at her, eye to eye before smiling gently instead. Cassie understood the gesture and retreated her hand. Cassie saw Melo carefully sitting up to drink a glass of water. Her attention went back to Melo. “Does he frequently have blackouts like that? Doesn’t he have asthma or something?” She asked but as she turned her eyes to Mrs. Daetes, she saw darkness loomed over his face. Despite the fear she felt, she shrugged it off with another smile. “Oh, Mrs. Dates. Before I forget, Mrs. Buenaventura would like to order a cake and 14 cupcakes for next week. She would like to know if you still have available slots for n
