I dig the blade in suddenly, just below his wrist, watching as the skin splits open, a fresh trail of red weaving down his arm.
“But off the ice?” I tap the hilt of the knife against his forehead again, mockingly. “Your body is weaker than most.”
Axel exhales sharply, his entire frame shaking.
“Oh, look,” I murmur, watching as the blood drips, slow and steady onto the floor. “You do bleed. Just like the last guy I killed.”
