Raven The scent of sulfur stung my nostrils as I sank down into the pool, but the heated water instantly soothed my muscles. I leaned back against a warm rock, shutting my eyes as I let out an involuntary little moan of relief. “Much better than training, right?” Castor chuckled, settling into the pool across from me. I nodded, letting the heat work its way through the knots in my back. “Way better,” I agreed with a small smile. “Although I could do without the rotten egg smell.”

“When I had abs, sure. You try swimming without flexing anything.” Jo smirked. “Naw, I’m good. I can do this.” Without warning, she jumped on Cade’s shoulders and dunked him. What she didn’t know was that Cade was an even better swimmer than I was. When he didn’t come right back up, she got scared. “Whe-” Cade grabbed her ankle and pulled her under just as hard as she pushed him. Maddox used this chance, “Nervous?” “Not to swim.” I said, just as both of them broke the surface. Wrapping my legs around Maddox, he did just as he said he would. He kept us floating, and I just hung on.

I can hear the snapping of the Crawler’s jaws behind me and the tearing of my back seats from its claws. This would be the part in a movie where a car would be going over a bridge in slow motion, with dramatic classical music in the background. I did my best to brace myself as the car flew through the air, nose down towards the water below. As we neared the water, I realize that maybe my overprotective mate may have been right...though I will never willingly admit it. We crash into the ice cold water and I jolt forward, again, thankful for the seatbelt. I take a deep breath as the car quickly fills with murky water. The only broken window accessible is the one Jynx was yanked out of. I glanc

Thaddeus Carter, seven years old, stood knee-deep in the cold shallows of the river weaving his way closer to a flight of half-starved black swans. The river raced with such brute force he had to brace himself with every step he took to remain upright. Though he tried to remain calm as much as he could to avoid alerting the swans, he soon fell into the puddle for the tenth time. The resulting splash was just like it had been. He had stood upright and had continued his quest, as focused as before.

Victor sounded cool. Adam nodded agreeing to all he said. “In 3… 2… 1… Jump!” Victor shouted. They all plunged into the crystal greenish water. “Yahoo!” Victor shouted as he swam. “Yahoo!” Adam sounded too. They all shouted their hearts out repeatedly. “Now, this is life!” Victor exclaimed. They swam together and play. Adam was the happiest. It was his first time swimming in a waterfall. The water was so cold but it made him feel relaxed.

~AUTHOR'S POV~ Cassandra was still struggling in the water, she has drank a lot of water and was gasping for breath. When she lost the strength of fighting in the water she gave up. She was slowly falling deep inside the water as her eyes became blurry but at a point she saw an image coming towards her. Her eyes were too weak to recognize the person, she did not put effort, she just closed her eyes cos she has already lost the hope of surviving. Daniel swam as fast as he could, he came rushing to the place just at the right time.

She ran to her son, jamming the uncapped needle into his thigh, while Fergus called an ambulance. However, when I reach the pool deck, I see that Calester looks completely recovered. He’s not resting at all, but swimming laps. His arm cuts through the water like a knife, brilliant droplets sparkling in his dark hair. His body looks lean and powerful as he dives under the water, pushes off the wall, and rockets half the length of the pool before having to come up for air. I sit down on one of the deck chairs, watching him swim. It’s actually pretty amazing how long he can hold his breath underwater. I guess the Greens must be part dolphin.

Small 2 feet long fins protrude from the sides of his hips that end in the same light-up tendrils, making his tail a majestic thing to behold. As my parents complete their morph, they take each other’s hands and dive into the water. They begin to swim further out into the open water and as they do, the water platforms holding Cole and Andromeda begin to follow them. Once at a safe distance, a low wall of water rises from the sea, surrounding their bodies, and as that happens, Eisa and Thanos both grab a bow and arrow and dip the arrows into a lit torch beside them. They draw their arrows back, aim them high and let go. We watch the arrows carry the flames through the air and land perfectly o

Looks like I have no other choice but to cross it in my werewolf form. Inhaling deeply, I lunge myself forward into the revolting waves. My paws splash into the ice-cold water, sprinkling some droplets into my face and I make it up to the land before I can spell my name. Yay! Sia: one, River: Zero. "Cinn!"A familiar voice invites me and I look up to find two figures running towards me."Oh, my hams! You turned? Why?" Tessa scans Sia from head to toe.
