Chained Books Novels & Stories

As I spin I stifle a scream. Making its way through the trees is something truly out of a myth. From top to bottom it is a mish-mash of creatures. Its twin heads are that of both a goat and a lion. The heads join at the shoulders to the body of a lion, all ending in a tail with a serpent's head. Growing up I was always interested in mythology. The name of the creature easily came to mind; Chimera. I try to back away slowly, hoping it hasn’t yet noticed me.But as per my usual clumsy self, I end up tripping over my own feet.

I was working the late shift for awhile but I was changed to mornings about seven months ago and that is when my life got interesting. The days were blending together with seeing the same people and doing nothing new until I started working breakfast and lunch at the diner. I first seen him a month after my schedule changed and I have seen him most days since. I know he belongs to the local mc by the vest he wears with their logo but I have never really spoken much to him. He is the most gorgeous man I have ever seen in my life and I want nothing more than to speak to him but he says the bare minimum when he orders. I was lucky when I found out his name is Chains and I feel that fits this ma

Maybe it was a safe room. I decided to explore this place and came across a bookshelf. Ah, finally the reading glasses are starting to make some sense. Although I guess, the magic book correlates to it as well. Whatever, I am kind of slow today. I approached the bookshelf and skimmed through the book titles. It looked like a book collection of history books. They all had that ‘end of times’ title. I shall take some of those with me then. While I was walking around aimlessly, getting my fingerprints on everything in the room, I came across an old door which was chained and locked with a deadlock.

She was going to conquer all of these books today and find something interesting. She started the heist for the 'something' that could aid her to understand Chaol. After all, just like these books, he was still a mystery to her. His existence. His personality. His desires. His intentions. She could smell the stench of bark and leaves from the books and she could feel the crumbling dust of their essences in her fingers.

A book sealed by blood, only to be opened by the heir who had both fire and forgiveness. “You must go alone,” the priest said. “Only one may enter the Vault.” Jian stepped forward. “She’s not going without me.” Chaewon touched his hand. “This is mine.” He held her gaze and nodded once. The door hissed open. Inside, the vault pulsed like a heartbeat. And there it was, on a pedestal of scorched stone…a book bound in dark leather, etched with fire-glyphs that moved like liquid under her gaze. As she stepped forward, her hand brushed the surface—and the book opened on its own.

( WARNING: MATURE CONTENT! NOT SUITABLE FOR 17UNDER) I felt like I'm a slave under his caresses, his hot breath on my neck also didn't help. It brought some heat to my system. I'm not that dumb to not understand what's happening but maybe I'm so stupid because my body love what he's doing. He has a girlfriend, Cassandra. I kept saying it in my mind just so I could have the strength to stop everything that’s happening in my body but it was really treacherous.

I couldn't get enough of the beef sauce. I marveled, while wolfing down the delicious dinner. After dinner, I helped with the dishwashing then joined her in her room.
