‘Shift out! The shift tore through me, and Ina’s huge, silvery-white wolf form burst out of my flesh. My clothes tore too, shredding into ribbons and drifting down to land on the chewed-up rug. My poison belt ripped all around and I heard the dismaying sound of the glass jars smashing as they hit the ground. The force of my shift knocked Keila backwards. “You little skank!” she roared, her nostrils flaring as she stared at me. “Get her, Marigold!” she screamed and then, as soon as the words had left her lips, she shifted too.

“It’s pretty simple when you have such an amazing product. Just wait until they see the one you’ve got coming.” She leaned into Noah’s chest, enjoying just being there, cradled by his arm. “Have you seen the new game, Maya?” Josh asked, his eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. “I haven’t. What’s it about?” “Oh, it is amazing,” Josh gushed. “It’s called Shifter Warrior.” She nodded, glancing at Noah from the corner of her eye. “Let me guess. Does the warrior change into animals?” “A panther!” Josh exclaimed. “How frickin’ cool is that?”

I said already tired of talking. "Hmm... This one is hard Nicole. Have you ever shifted?" "Shifted? No!" I knew what shifting was and I knew I have never ever shifted. "What does shifting have to do with this." "The trick to this Nicole is shifting. You have to go to a forest, shift, and run round the forest to let out the steam. That's just all. It isn't so hard, but hard for those that haven't ever shifted. It would also be satisfying if you injure the said girl he was cheating on you with. That's a trick, Nicole." Phils explained and I knew what he was saying was way way not for me. I haven't shifted and don't think I would ever shift.

This guy was absolutely bat-sh*t crazy. The king continues despite my silence. "Shifters, like wolves, also have mates. They mate for life and share a strong bond with their mates. Everest and Ana took their seats, his hand clasping hers as the plane touched down. The warriors exited first, followed by Damien and Ana. Miranda and Brent were waiting to greet them. "It's good to see you," Ana said, hugging Miranda tightly. "You too. Ready to get to work?" Miranda looked between Damien and Ana. Damien nodded. "Absolutely. Let's go. We're wasting time." "Shifting?" Brent asked. "Yes," Damien answered. "You good to ride?" Brent asked Miranda, who nodded in response. Ana shifted, her bones cracking and elongating as fur sprouted and a snout grew. Charlotte stretched her muscles, ready for the task ahead. Ana watched as the others shifted, Miranda climbing onto Brent's back.

Chapter two Keisha’s pov Going to my window and jumping down carefully I go behind a tree, take off my clothes focusing my mind on shifting. I have to take off my clothes cause only the Alpha’s Lina’s and Beta’s can shift with their clothes on without tearing them and shift back with their clothes on. As I focus my mind on shifting I hear the familiar feeling of my bones cracking and reforming and I’m on all fours as I let Due take control as she dashes through the woods feeling the cool breeze on her fur and the earthly smell of the woods.
