Queen Alpha

Queen Alpha

She said. “All the warriors are here. We are shipping out tomorrow to arrive at nightfall. Charlie is putting a spell on the ships so we won’t be seen till we step on land. We will send one tracker from each ship to clear about a mile offshore before we let anyone else off the ships.” I told her. “That’s a great idea. I will try to be out there myself.” She said. “Please not by yourself. Not with vampires in the area.” I begged. “I know I’m stupid sometimes but not that stupid. Come on Gunner, give me some credit would ya?” She laughed. She was actually laughing. What is wrong with this girl?!

Great read! Especially for a new author. Interesting story that kept me engaged. Loved the slow introduction of characters that allowed me to get to know each one. However, if you are looking for steamy bedroom scenes, you will find this lacking.

The Return of the War Legate

The Return of the War Legate

“I’m already here, so what’s the point of me staying back? I’m going with you. You don’t have to worry about me. My survival is no longer important,” said Lincoln. Adrian did not push it after failing to persuade Lincoln. Soon, NS Trinaga dropped its anchor on a shallow beach. Adrian, Mya, and Lincoln got into an inflated boat that they rowed toward Isle 416. There was an intense stench radiating from the surface of the sea. Corpses and rotten ships could be seen everywhere. These ships were extremely quiet. Even corpses were spotted on these ships.

Dear Ex Husband Wants Me Back

Dear Ex Husband Wants Me Back

"Mom, he's amazing." "He's a child who survived," I said. "Just like you." Jaden thought about that. "Am I amazing?" I pulled him close. "Yes. You are." An hour later, we saw it. A cargo ship. Huge. Rusted. Listing to one side. It had run aground on a reef years ago and been abandoned. Now it sat tilted, half-submerged, like a dead whale. Miro surfaced beside the boat. "They're inside," he said. "In the belly. They don't come out much."

he shakes his head, grabbing a few documents from the side and reading through them, paying no attention to me anymore. I stay quiet and the trip takes 20 minutes when we appear in the docks, one I’ve never seen before, and I can guess why I’ve never been here before, my sandals hit the gravel pathway as Leonardo walks ahead of me and I follow behind patiently, the docks are lined with the largest and expensive yachts I’ve ever seen in my life, I walk forward catching up with Leonardo, what are we doing here? I thought we were going to sign the documents. “And you assumed it would be in some office? He stops brows raised

His Fifth Mate

His Fifth Mate

Chapter 56 Clarissa POV "Are you kidding me, huh? Did you just say there's nothing wrong with him? He is not a human for crying out loud," I can't believe I'm trying to prove my point to Charity even when the truth is obvious. Has writing about those creatures blinded her so that she can't even think straight? How can she tell me nothing is wrong with that?

The Alpha King's Last Wish

The Alpha King's Last Wish

He didn’t get to finish before Sir Alex ran forward to shield Xavier, and in the exact second, the ship exploded, throwing them all into a disoriented state. Everything felt hazy, and his ear rang painfully at the sound of the explosion. Xavier couldn’t tell how long everything stayed that way before his head came to the sea's surface. He blinks a few times and turns around to find the ship on fire. The only ones who knew what had happened on shore were now dead, and there was no telling what was coming. He swam to shore, wet and tired, with his mind filled with many questions. This ship was from Foth; he knew that, but what was their aim?

His hidden heir

His hidden heir

The “fire” that killed Alicia’s grandfather wasn’t in any official file. It took Zara 36 hours to find it. “Private maritime registry,” she said over video call at 3 a.m. Geneva time. Her face was pale from lack of sleep and blue light. “Kessler Shipping and Dickson Shipping dissolved their partnership in December 1994. Two weeks later, the _Maris Stella_ went down off the coast of Norway. Your grandfather was on board.” Alicia sat up in bed. Alex was already awake, watching her face.

The Billionaire's Hidden Baby

The Billionaire's Hidden Baby

"The engineers who built my father's invisible digital scaffolding are officially blind. Victor! Confirm the status of the vessel." "The Apapa Star is holding her position, boss," Victor called out from the auxiliary terminal, his fingers flying across his keyboard as he monitored the maritime navigation tracking. "The automated navigation script didn't trigger the self-destruct. The master override block caught the smart contract before the local servers could wipe the data payload. The ship is still steaming toward our private Brooklyn pier but we have a live anomaly on the console."
