Shifted Fate

Shifted Fate

This was a man that would claim us. “I know I can catch you, little rabbit. You can run as fast as you want, but you will be under me before the night is up.” I could hear the need in his voice. “I’ve waited long enough to find you and I won’t be letting you leave this forest unmarked.” The deep voice bellowed out, “Three.” I could feel goosebumps break out along my body. Nix pushed faster, dodging the trees at a breakneck pace. “Two.” His voice was far, but I couldn’t let up. We knew that as soon as he gave chase, he would be fast. “One. Time’s up, rabbit. Here I come.” I heard the distant sound of a shift.

I love Drama
I liked the story very much as it has its uniqueness in it.. Author is talented.. It was a rollercoaster of emotions within also with a lots of twists and turns.. But there are a lots of loosends that needed closures.. However, I guess that's gonna be covered in the next book.. Definitely good read!
Kimberly Best
I love the story. So many new & unique ways she has made this lycan/wolf/witch universe has me captivated tbh. I'm a long-time reader & tired of seeing the same thing. the characters are funny. The way she addresses loss, recovery, and acceptance was touching. can't wait for more from this author ...

A matter of fate~

A matter of fate~

Oh so he can form sentences not bad. ……….. After a very long journey the Car stopped in front of a huge mansion, the Gate opened and he drove further. He stopped in front of the main door and stepped out of the car, he came towards me and opened the door for me - Gentleman. I stood beside him. “You're back.” I heard the excited voice of a Girl who came running but stopped on her tracks after looking at me. “Who's she?” She asked. “Ana, She is my wife.” He declared and Ana frowned.

Chasing Poisonous

Chasing Poisonous

I pull my sweater closer and rub my palms to make them warm. By now Christopher is walking on the road, and I run hurriedly to catch up with him. The road is empty with only street lights glowing. They seem to be the only source diminishing the darkness surrounding us. Christopher is simply wearing his shirt, and The thought worries me that he might catch a cold in this weather. I don't know where Christopher is going? And what happened to him suddenly? He doesn't bother to take a look at me, despite having me walking right next to him. Why is he ignoring me? He keeps walking with a grim expression on his face. It astonishes me when after some time I suddenly find his eyes glancing randomly

The lost packs

The lost packs

The air crackles with possibility, and I know that whatever happens next will change everything. We round a corner, and the night swallows us whole, the shadows whispering secrets that only we can hear. I can sense the urgency building between us, the need to uncover the truth. And as we chase after the ghosts of our past, I can’t help but wonder if Adis’s return will bring the underworld closer together or tear us apart.

Markbound

Markbound

The warmth loosened the tightness in his muscles — but not the ache in his chest. "The Full Moon was coming. Seven years, seven long years and still, nothing. No sign of you." he whispered in his mind. His hands braced against the shower wall, droplets trailing down his back, his dark hair slicked to his forehead. "I’ve searched every territory… every gathering. Every unfamiliar scent on the wind, he thought. Always hoping… always waiting." "They say she doesn’t exist, his jaw clenched. That I’m chasing a ghost. That maybe she was never born. Or worse-"

Marked by fate

Marked by fate

That isn’t random… It’s organised and strategic. But why? What’s the end goal here? Is chase part of this? Or is that just a coincidence? I don’t waste time trying to answer those questions, there will be time later. I launch forward, Ceraon taking over in a burst of speed, the warriors stumbling into pursuit behind me. The wind blows back into my face, still no scent of wolf, nothing out of the ordinary at all. except. every now and then I catch blood, but the wind is blowing it about, making it impossible to track easily.

FATE

FATE

"Get out. Both of you!." "Yes, your highness.!" They chorused as they rushed out of my room. I sighed and pushed my hair backwards, what does father want this time?. He just ruined my moment!. Am prince Chad Alword. The only son and heir of the great king Alword, ruler of Sinae Kingdom. Am tall, have black hair, vale colored eyes, pink lips, pointed nose and perfectly handsome. I puff out deep breathe immediately I entered into his mighty chamber. I walked towards him as he is seated majestically on his golden throne with his wizard Harrod standing next to him.

Fated

Fated

I love him so much and I don't want to lose him forever. I held his pinky finger and stroked it gently; I remember a story he once told me. “Vincent... Have you ever heard the story about the red string of fate?” I ask. He was silent for a moment in thought, then said, “Hmm. I heard that when I went to Japan. The local people there call it “Unmei no akai ito”. According to legend, the gods tie an invisible red thread to the pinky finger of two people who are bound to find each other in life. They will love each other no matter what and only death can do them part.”
