Dumped Her Ex, Married A Secret Billionaire

Dumped Her Ex, Married A Secret Billionaire

Hugh studied Liam closely--his face flushed, his breathing still uneven--and chuckled. "So you helped yourself to Cecilia's share, did you?" "How did you know?" Cecilia laughed, covering her mouth. "You should've seen him squatting on the sidewalk earlier. He looked like a lost puppy." "Mexican food doesn't play around," Hugh said with a grin. "Chili peppers are practically a food group. If it managed to take Liam down like this, he clearly ate something he shouldn't have." After finishing the entire glass, Liam finally felt the burning ease.

Hello Champ, Run!

Hello Champ, Run!

Antonio's gaze lingered on him as he retreated, his footsteps becoming fuzzier. A deep sigh escaped his lips as he strolled down the corridor hesitantly. His scrutinizing gaze swept around and he came to halt when he saw a figure in the last room. – the attic. His eyes narrowed, his face filled with anticipation as he drew nearer. And that was when he saw him. The young, beautiful champ. Marco. The son of his enemy Antonio's footsteps faltered, and his eyes sparked with a hint of desire as Marco's stunning body came into view.

Chase Run

"What is it?" "See it yourself." Eloisa crossed the room to his table and dropped the bag on it. Ethan opened the bag and took out the container. Opening it, his eyes begun to glow. He looked at Eloisa with huge smile. "SPAGHETTI WITH MEATBALLS AND CHICKEN FRY" "Just for you." "I LOVE YOU, SIS." Eloisa smiled at his enthusiasm and happiness. It's been so long since he had such a big smile on his face. His smile made all her hardships and sufferings worth it.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

Running across the sand. Fair. With Adrian's shoe in his mouth. Reasonable. Proudly. God. Very proudly. Fair. Like he'd hunted it himself. Reasonable honestly. Then the chase began. God. Cookie ran. Fair. Adrian ran. Reasonable. Peanut ran. God. Then everybody else ran too. Fair. The entire beach. Reasonable honestly. Then Cookie turned it into a game. God. The worst possible outcome. Fair. Because puppies love games. Reasonable.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Run to Ground

Run to Ground

He desperately needed to connect to the outside world. Jim pried the phone from the still warm fingers of the hand and tapped the screen to check for a signal. No bars were showing, but the screen was open on a text conversation. He swallowed hard. He was sure he recognised the number and it made him nauseous. The most recent message had been sent a few hours ago, while Jim had been out weeding. It read: TY Phil, once again u r a STAR!!! I’ll b there soon 2 pick up the spare keys. Don’t tell J I’m w8ing for him @ the bungalow. Don’t want him 2 do another runner!!! xxx

Choosing Fate

Choosing Fate

I snap out of my whirlwind thoughts and step away from him. “Uh, the, um, cookies should be ready now,” I stammer as I clear my throat. I bend to open the oven and pull the fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies out. I place them on the island and grab a spatula to place them on the cooling rack. Before I can say anything, Asher picks up one of the cookies. “Smells amazin’! I love chocolate chip!” He pops the entire cookie into his mouth before I can warn him not to. “Fuck! Hot!” he yelps, while still chewing the freshly baked cookie.

REJECTED AND REDEEMED

REJECTED AND REDEEMED

Piper said, giving a painful face. They both laughed endlessly as they told embarrassing stories of themselves. "Oh no," Hazel said, smelling something. The smoke alarm blazed to life, a shrill, piercing sound that echoed through the castle corridors. Hazel grabbed a towel, fanning the smoke while Piper yanked open the oven door. Black smoke poured out. The cookies were no longer cookies. They were charcoal. Inedible, smoking, ruined charcoal. “Ohhhh boyyyy.” Piper winced at the destruction they had made.

Pelican Bay Security

Pelican Bay Security

From my seated position, the cookies are at perfect eye level, and against my better judgment, I pick one off the top of the pile. It's dark brown and brittle. A few pieces flick off as I lower the cookie closer to the small plate my cup of coffee sits on. Burnt doesn't begin to describe the abomination in my hand. It looks like she put the cookie through torture. "What kind are they?" I ask before bringing the cookie to my lips. "Chocolate chip." Tabitha grins, looking down at the plate. "They're a little burnt." A little burnt is an understatement. That's like saying the Titanic nudged an icicle.

OMG one of the BEST books I’ve read on this app. Freaking hilarious with lots of action and romance. I was literally LOL-ing. Like late at night. Laying in my bed. At 2am. Cause I couldn’t stop reading. I’m pretty sure you all know what I mean… could not stop reading!!!

Absolutely 1000% the best stories I have ever read!!! I was so hooked I have read almost 24 hours straight because I didn’t want to stop. I have laughed, smiled, been on edge when action unfolded, even shed a tear or 12 more in the last day reading this than in 40 years of daily reading. I want more

REBEL : THE DEADLY HIERESS

REBEL : THE DEADLY HIERESS

“So much… warmth.” “It’s because the heat works,” Michael offered, sitting cross-legged on the floor like an interviewer. “Mm,” Gina said, unsure of how to react to that. Mex leaned against the armchair, arms folded, “What kind of cookies did you bring?”, he asked, “and do they contain hidden raisins?” Gina brightened, “Chocolate chip. With a little sea salt.” “Acceptable,” Mex commented seriously.

The Forsaken Luna's Burning Love

The Forsaken Luna's Burning Love

“Here. Taste it. When you return to your room, I'm afraid you still won't eat anything. So eat a few pieces of this to calm my mind, hmm?” Sashal glares at the cookies. They are chocolate cookies with sesame seed caps. Not a combination one would find at Southern Olf. Indicating that his mother may have made this, or at least, it was cookies specialized in Northern. It was something valuable that shouldn't be given to a random person if he even kept it in his jacket. And yet, he offered it to Sashal? Everything Rohan did to Sashal made her even more annoyed. She felt her stomach drop. She couldn't bear it anymore and cried out.
