Christmas Movies Like Die Hard Novels & Stories

You'd never actually asked Mosche if he kept kosher, but you figured better safe than sorry. The two of you hung out for the first time in a while and - well, it was as awkward as usual. He was a well-meaning guy, but he was fuckin' weird at times. Not weird enough to make you feel a sort of way, but weird enough that it left you shaking your head at him. You ended up watching Die Hard, getting into the age-old argument of whether it was a Christmas movie or not, before you both split off to head to bed. Well, "bed." More than likely you both just wanted some alone time.

I looked once more at my princess lying on the cold bed, I felt every inch of my body shudder with rage and fury. Exit the hospital towards the parking lot. I got into my car and left on a painful and sad path of homesickness. As I drove, I felt my muscles rotting as if a virus had taken over everything. I parked near the shore and started walking. It was already dark and the lights from the buildings adorned the city, like decorations on a Christmas tree. My Christmas miracle. What did my father mean by that?

“I’m so happy for you, Karli, you two are great together.” “We are, aren’t we?” “So, when is the move happening?” “He has to work tonight, so, sometime tomorrow.” “Well, then,” Sarah declared, “I think it’s time to have a mid-week chocolate and chick flick night, don’t you?” “I couldn’t agree more.” They went back and forth before settling on The Holiday with Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz. “I know it’s not Christmastime, but it’s just such a good movie,” Sarah reflected. “I agree,” Karli said. “And after that, how about Fifty First Dates?”

The drive back from the marina was conducted in a heavy, strained silence. Cami sat in the back of the SUV with Ariana, her hand tightly gripping Ariana’s as if she were afraid her friend might vanish if she let go. Mateo drove, his eyes fixed on the road, his reflection in the rearview mirror a constant, watchful presence. When they finally entered the foyer of the mansion, the festive Christmas decorations—the towering tree, the garlands, the flickering candles—seemed mocking. The "perfect family Christmas" Cami had envisioned was a fractured mess.

"I left you for two and a half minutes and you've already become a Barbie for Alice to dress." "I'm made of plastic. It's fantastic!" I shot back, earning another chuckle as he grabbed the remote to press play on "It's A Wonderful Life." Christmas was only a few days away after all, and I had been forcing Edward to watch all my favorite Christmas movies. We had already seen all the Tim Allen Santa Clause movies, as well as National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, and Christmas with the Kranks. Now we were getting deeper into some of the classics. Alice and Edward stiffened at the same time, and as the mood shifted with a sudden urgency, Jasper too stiffened. "What?" I found my voice and laid m

No way was I dealing with another round of my extended family's bullshit. 'Jamie, when are you settling down? Why no wife yet?' My mom trying to hook me up with her friend's daughters...fuck that. This year, I was celebrating my way, alone...no pressure, just me and the holiday cheer.I stretched out on the couch in my sweats and a faded tee, remote in hand, flipping through channels. Die Hard was on...best Christmas movie, fight me...and I was just getting into the groove when a knock echoed through the door. Odd.

Jordan teased, placing the order and pretending not to notice how familiar her choice felt. Once everything was set, he dimmed the lights and turned on Elf. Malaya squealed happily as Buddy the Elf appeared on screen, immediately scooting closer into the blankets. Laila settled beside her, tucking a blanket around Malaya’s shoulders, and Jordan sat across from them, close enough to feel included without crowding the moment. One movie turned into another—A Year Without a Santa Claus, then Noelle. By the time Frozen came on, Malaya insisted it was required viewing "because it’s Christmas and it has snow." Jordan found himself humming along, smiling when Malaya belted out the lyrics with total

He was tall, broad-shouldered, with messy dark hair and eyes that lingered too long on my curves. "Merry Christmas, Kel," he said, pulling me into a hug that pressed his chest against my tits. I inhaled his scent pine and spice and fought the urge to grind against him. "Brought the classics. Die Hard first?" We settled on the couch, blankets piled high, but halfway through the movie, he shifted and something crinkled. He reached under the cushion, pulling out my notebook. My stomach dropped. "What's this?" Logan flipped it open, his brow furrowing, then widening as he scanned the pages. Heat flooded my face. "Holy shit, Kelly. This is... your fantasies?"

The whip came down again, but I couldn’t scream anymore. My throat hurt, my body felt weak. Halfway into the punishment, my head dropped forward. Suddenly, a loud bang echoed through the warehouse, the doors burst open. “Everybody drop your weapons, now.” The voice was deep, strong, and familiar. My heart jumped. Damon. Men rushed in from behind him, big men. All of them were armed, guns pointed at Helena and her thugs. “Let her go,” Damon growled. Helena stood up slowly, her face pale, but she forced bravery.

She then sat upright and took a chip, popping it in her mouth. “How about die hard?” Anna asked as she flipped to a channel showing Die Hard 2. “It is the second one and it is a bit in. but at least it is an action movie?” Zack lets out a short, surprised laugh, grabbing a handful of chips himself. “Die Hard 2? Really, Anna? You are just going to settle for the sequel because it is convenient?” he shakes his head, but he is already settling deeper into the pillows, clearly not complaining. He reaches over and pulls her closer by her hip, guiding her so she is tucked against his side.
