Ciel Star Novels & Stories

The sky was no longer fractured but it wasn’t whole either. A **single star**, brilliant and seething, streaked across the heavens, descending fast. Not a comet. Not a celestial body. It shimmered with **intention**, pulsing with the same energy Aria had seen in the Creator’s robes opalescent, infinite, and alien. Everyone had stopped moving. Warriors froze mid-chant. Wolves held their breath in human skin. The birds had gone silent. The trees had stilled.

In this life, she decided to make up for it all and compensate this man as much as possible. Lost in thought, Diana's phone suddenly rang, and she saw that it was a message from her third oldest brother, Colin. He had sent a particularly beautiful photo of a shooting star! [Colin: I saw a shooting star unexpectedly today, so I'm sending it to you.] It seemed that Colin was still thinking about what she had told him last time. Diana had never been interested in astronomy before, but looking at this photo, she felt that it was truly radiant and beautiful. In the pitch-black night sky, a shooting star with a tail was emitting a mysterious and captivating glow. She now had a better understanding

The air around Eva started to buzz with energy as the night sky peered through the broken ceiling; the moon had risen. "Oh... It seems like I can dance another round." Razna crackled, taking over Eva's body and sending shivers down everyone's spine. Her form began to glow as if bathed in moonlight, emitting a silvery aura as she levitated above the ground. Eva's transformation was indeed jaw-dropping. Her powers, amplified by the moonlight, surged through the hall, causing the celestials to recoil in trepidation. The once precarious situation now held a glimmer of hope. The night had always been her parents' domain, and under the moon's watchful eye, she was unstoppable.

“Death is what will set these people free. That is the only mercy you can afford them.” A loud boom sounded, shaking the very foundation of the house. The crystal chandelier above our heads trembled and shook. Azrael spun around and peered through the curtains once more, “It’s just a storm.” It was Ulrich that paused, “That ain’t no storm. That’s Cielo.” Cielo, God of the Sky, and father to Ozul. “No, that’s not possible.” Orion snorted, his fair hair glowing beneath the light of his flames. “Cielo sticks to his domain. He rarely ever leaves.”

“We’re approaching the Citadel!” Eryx shouted it from the helm as the Dawnstar broke through a thick curtain of clouds, its golden hull vibrating with light. Alessia rushed to the window, Seraphine stumbling behind her with a half-eaten pastry clutched in her hand. What she saw stole her breath. Floating above a colossal crater—held aloft by ancient luminous currents—stood the Triumvernal Citadel. Silver bridges arched off its perimeter like the spokes of a sun.

The sky above the Zenith City was no longer a mystery, it was a fortress, the "Starlight Winter" had retreated, leaving behind a world that felt scrubbed raw and dangerously visible, high above the atmosphere, the thirteen new stars, the Sentinels, sat in a perfect, geometric ring, pulsing with a rhythmic, cold blue light that mocked our newfound peace.

LARA VIA As I opened my eyes, I saw the stars stuck to the ceiling. I still remember how annoyed Cole Aiden was when he first saw them, and I chuckled to myself as I recalled the reason behind those stars. It's funny how cliché her brothers and their friends can be, acting like teenagers. They said it's the first time he's sleeping here again. The last time he checked, his room's ceiling was clean, but now there are glowing stars stuck to it. And I'm pretty sure Kuya Landon is the one behind it. I don't know what's up with that group of friends, but they're all a bit nuts. They're all childish, clingy, and cliché, honestly. None of them are sane. They each have their own ways and tactics of

giving her another smile, Ciel climbed down the tree house. Roxie watched as he walked away, then she glanced back at the moon and placed a hand over her chest. Was there really a wolf residing inside of her? Ciel was right, the moon was really a special phenomenon because the longer she stared at it, the more she felt something else beating in her chest.

“Please allow the First Court to kill me.” Astraea gasped. “No!” “I was joking.” She frowned. “Bad joke.” Caelum looked almost ashamed. “My apologies.” I smiled despite myself. Then the white light above us pulsed. A sound moved through the mountains. Not a voice. A heartbeat. Slow. Enormous. Caelum stood. “The Star is beginning to harden.” Kazan immediately became serious. “How long?” “I don’t know.” “Minutes?” “Perhaps.” “Hours?”

he added. “Let me guess, a dolphin? A section of the A****n rain forest? A helicopter?” Although my guesses sounded outlandish, I wouldn’t put anything past Dillon. “No,” he chuckled. “Nothing that major. Just a star.” Again, I choked. Slamming down my coffee, I looked him dead in the eyes, my face serious. “Just….a star?” I asked with a measured tone. “Yeah. There’s a registry. You pick the star and name it. It comes with a certificate and the coordinates. I made sure I chose one we could see that night from Cancun. Cool, right?”
