The whole apartment was now full of new furniture, and the interior design was changed to another style ---- pink and shallow. As Ann entered the apartment, the atmosphere instantly changed. It became heavy and dangerous. Joe, Beth, Vivian, and Alan were waiting for her in the living room. The apartment Ann once knew to be her safe space was now filled with predators. Ann was supposed to feel nostalgic meeting them all together, but now, she just felt strange and annoyed. Vivian became much prettier. But soon he gripped it even tighter as if she is running away. She smiled seeing his protective side and soon her eyes turned into some shade of dark remembering her motive. She cant get swayed by his care. She cant forget for which she is chasing him for months. She can't get close to this man ever. She took her hands jerking up him. "Cinderella, are you okay?" He asked sitting up straight. "Yeah" she replied not able to see his eyes for the first time. She felt as if he would catch her all lies if she looks at him.

“I created it.” An oath sounded to Jasmine’s left and she turned to see Keilor bare his teeth in a snarl. The woman smiled with amusement. “Hello, Keilor. I almost didn’t recognize you with your clothes on.” Gold fire leapt into his eyes and for a moment Jasmine feared that her new husband was going to kill the woman on the spot.
