Main characters in the story Isabella Davidson- female lead. She had always been treated poorly right from childhood. She thought it was her fault but then she found out that they hated her for no just reason. Her younger sister, Chloe would always convert whatever she had. She was called Cinderella at school because everyone knew of how poorly she was treated. She yearned to meet her prince charming.

There is a castle in the background, they are holding hands and look happy, and Talia’s eyes always wander to the princess’ shiny shoes. The book is about Cinderella, a poor girl who is abused by her stepmother and stepsisters, and then she meets a fairy godmother who wears a fancy dress and shiny shoes so that Cinderella can go to the ball, meet her prince, and live happily ever after. ‘What nonsense.’, Talia thought. ‘The story is rubbish. One’s fortune can’t depend on a pair of shoes, but Talia still cracked a smile. This book reminds Talia of Olivia, the only member of the Red Moon pack who treated her as a person.

I asked. She smiled warmly. “Cinderella, your favourite bedtime story. You used to make me read this every night when you were little.” I laughed so hard my belly hurt. “You’re not serious, Mom. I was five then. I'm an adult now.” “What difference does it make?” she said, opening the book. “Now hush and listen, and enjoy the nostalgia.” I rolled my eyes, but I let her read. Her voice was soft and sing-songy, just like when I was a kid. I couldn’t stop smiling.

This little girl came from Cynthia and me. "Okay." Riya loses all interest in me and looks at the scrapbook. "The princess looks like Mommy." "She does," I murmur. I read her a tale of the cursed princess who learned how to stand up for herself against the evil king and his evil son and fell in love with the kind prince. Riya yawns sleepily as I read to her how the princess got a message from a stork about her new baby and found out that the prince she loved was not good at all, so she ran away with the stork and her animal friends to find her baby.

Pouting, I could tell she was close to crying, “Just read it to me, mama.” I took the book from her, it was titled Sleeping Beauty, and then I started reading, “Once upon a time, in a far-off kingdom, a beautiful princess named Aurora (also known as Briar Rose) was placed under a sleeping curse by a wicked fairy named Maleficent. The curse was meant to punish the king and queen for not inviting Maleficent to the princess's christening.” I paused and then continued.

he asked, his voice filled with a longing for more. Mama Hazel, her heart warmed by his enthusiasm, smiled. "Of course, Theo. What kind of story would you like to hear?" Theo, his eyes sparkling with mischief, grinned. "Tell me a story about a princess who can fly!" And so, Mama Hazel, her imagination ignited by Theo's request, spun a tale of a princess who could soar through the sky on the back of a giant, feathered bird. She described the princess's adventures, her encounters with talking animals, and her quest to save a kingdom from a wicked sorcerer.

And I nodded as I took the story book in my hand and began reading. "ONCE UPON A TIME a girl named Cinderella lived with her stepmother and two stepsisters. Poor Cinderella had to work hard all day long so the others could rest. It was she who had to wake up each morning when it was still dark and cold to start the fire. It was she who cooked the meals. It was she who kept the fire going. The poor girl could not stay clean, from all the ashes and cinders by the fire."
