The whole clan began to abandon her because they saw her as useless. Clara let out a long sigh while looking at the magical night sky. Clara had to leave the palace and live in this desolate place. Tonight, she had to sleep in this cave. Clara took out from her pocket a shining Marble. This Marble was the last gift her grandfather gave her. He said it was a relic of her parents. He even advised her that she had to go beyond her limits if she wanted this Marble to belong. The stone has a crimson color, like fresh blood. It sparkles like a star in the night sky.

Claire shifted her claw back to her hand and slightly licked the blood off from the participant's locket that she got from the brunette's neck. "Either you win or win. Because a loser doesn’t deserve to live," Claire mumbled as a devilish smirk appeared on her face, looking at the corpse of the brunette.

Sera commented with an eye roll. They stopped in front of us, an obvious fake smile sitting boldly on their faces. I disliked the aura coming from them. They reminded me of Blondie and her mini-mean group. "You're Avena who just returned?" The one in the middle spoke up first in a high-pitched voice and when I nodded, she drew me into a tight hug "Welcome, welcome to Crescent Claw High!' I studied her, wondering if it was genuine, and when I opened my mouth to speak, she raised a hand up, signalling me to stop."Hey clown," She referred to Sera before turning back to me. Sera flipped her off.

Clarence muttered. “It's much more likely that I'll just go into my beastform,” Hunter said, ignoring him. “On the off chance I'm unfortunate enough to shift and get possessed, I need someone ready to subdue me. Just not him.” He shot a look at Clarence. “You have my word,” said Ulric. “Ours, too,” Victor and Bella said in unison. Arianna looked at Khloe who now look like a corpse, her face was so white like there was no blood going through her veins and her lips were dry and scaly. He looked up with a frown when Claire held her hands out to take him. "I'll get him cleaned up and checked over, look, Monika is here with the next one," Claire said, laughing as the scowl on Damon face turned to a look of excitement. She practically had to pry the boy from his arms as his head whipped back and forth between the boy in his own arms and the baby Monika was holding. She took hold of Cahya as Monika replaced him with the next baby and carried him back around the curtain. "Um, Clary... you er... you might want to have a look before you close him up" she said with a grin when she saw Clary preparing to close her sister up, magic already dancing on her fingertips.
