BLUE MOON
he swears as he cleans every inch of my skin with water that smells strangely of salt.

I’m alone, in the dark, I’m outside, but I’m not, there’s no wind, no lingering scent in the air, just empty darkness. I move forward, well not move per say because I’m not walking, it feels more like I’m floating.
Though its dark I see the raised platform. This is the moon cave, I’ve been here a few times. This place was the beginning of it all.
It was the precipice that lead to everything else.
