The clock was specially crafted to be driven solely by the enhancement of dimensional time. The clock hand would remain perfectly still with the same flow of dimensional time as the outside world, not moving a single inch. The first contestant emerged from the cubic space completely exhausted. Sweat poured down his face. He could not help but collapse to the ground the moment he stepped out. Then, the second contestant entered the cubic space. He moved the clock hand with his mind, and it moved forward three-quarters of a notch. However, it only retreated by one-quarter of a notch.

The clock of time had taken a turn. Putting hand in hand, exploding their heartbeat, everyone was looking towards the judges. It was time to announce the winner of the Fashion Era. Gazes followed a red line over the screen. A Tick-tick sound echoed in the hall when suddenly CICI group name showed up. A swirling vibration came, and the whole atmosphere was engulfed. The whole sky was shining with fireworks. The repetition of applause had lit up everything. For a moment, they couldn't believe themselves. Was it a dream? Did they win the contest for real?

The chairman announced the nominees: “Mr. Sterling, CEO of Radiant Treasures; Mr. Harrington, CEO of Glimmering Vision; and Mr. Rogers, CEO of Traberts Goldsmith.” Everyone was eager to hear the winner, even though we were confident it would be Mr Sterling. Sera and her mom watched the television intently. Alexander was also watching from his room. He jumped with excitement when the chairman announced, “And the winner is Mr. Harrington, CEO of Glimmering Vision.” Seraphina and her mom were stunned. The camera focused on my dad, who looked just as confused as we were. “How did this happen? No one has ever beaten my husband in this category. How did this happen?” her mom asked, bewildered.

It was so cold it sent shivers down her spine, and she instinctively pulled her cloak tighter around her. When the clock finally struck the 15-minute mark, the contest ended in a draw. The crowd erupted into applause. Both fighters displayed remarkable skill and resilience, leaving the spectators in awe. Whispers of excitement filled the air as they made it to the second round and Ethan was now a new star rising in the eyes of the spectators.

Austin walked into the elevator. Before Matt and the others could get in, he pressed the floor button and closed the doors. In the narrow and closed-off space of the elevator, Austin leaned against the wall, feeling extremely tired. "Is three days enough time for them to have a winner?" The fights in the Campbell family were beyond his capabilities. Even Mason and Taylor, who were heirs like him, couldn't intervene for sure! This was a matter of position! The four of us have our eyes stick to the hand of th clock. And finally, when the hand strikes 12, loud tapping of keyboard filled the whole house. No one is talking. All of us are very focused on our work and we didn't let any distraction to hinder us. Our minds only have one thing: we can't lose this bet.

When the senior judge finally spoke again, it was as if the people present there were waiting for the final judgement. “The winner of this year's competition, alongside the grand prize and an opportunity to work with curl's executive brand goes to…. Roxanne Renwick!” The hall was thrown into a frenzy as people shouted and clapped for her. Her mind was racing hard as she takes in the moment. She had won. She was a winner. Her hands trembled a bit as Ciel encouraged her to step forward to receive the award. It was a sleek plaque, crystal, and her name was attached on it.

He says as he glares at me. “I don’t think about you at all,” I say in a bored tone. Not sure whether this is fortunate or not, but Whiro’s little bitch fit is interrupted as Hexton saunters into the clinic clapping proudly. He looks like the cat that got the cream. “Well done to all of you for that thrilling performance. Unfortunate about those who didn’t make it, but that’s just how it goes. But a special congratulations are in order for our reigning champ who has once again proven victorious,” Hexton cheers, smiling wide at me with dollar signs in his eyes.
