My feet slip and slide on the wet leaves and mud as I try to quickly get my feet back underneath me. I manage to get to my feet and dodge as he goes to grab for me. I then run again. Unfortunately, the delay from me slipping allowed another beast to get in front of me. I slide again as I change directions, but at least this time I manage to stay on my feet, just staying out of his reach. He then yells behind me, "You won't get away, little breeder!"

He quickly realized he was pushing me too far. He held his head down but tilted to bare his neck to me, but I ignored his gesture of submission. I walked over to a tree and grew out my claws, swiping them down and up the tree as chunks of wood flew into the air. I punched the tree repeatedly, completely distorting and reshaping it until it gave a loud croak, broke down, and fell over.

She immediately flopped down, whimpering in pain, her instinct leading her to lick her wounded limb. Clayton rubbed her furry head gently. "Okay, I think you can shift back whenever you're ready. I whined scratching all over my body but ray kept walking through the leaves. "Ray I am talking to you this place is itchy..." I said and swat my palm at his back with annoyance. Something in me tells me the beast is about to lunge, and it doesn't look like it will give way for a conversation with the rage I see in his eyes. I shift immediately, seeing it's about to slam its claw into Lyric who is now frozen in place looking at it in awe. I hit the beast with a force I myself don't know where it came from and it knocks it into a tree, but it gets back up almost immediately.
