Shadows of Heart : The Awakening

Shadows of Heart : The Awakening

“Let’s keep moving.” They continued down the corridor, the oppressive energy intensifying with each step. The walls were now covered in ancient carvings, depicting scenes of chaos and destruction. “This is it,” Zoe said, her voice barely above a whisper. The corridor ended at a massive door, its surface engraved with runes that pulsed with dark energy. The sight of it made Zoe’s wolf snarl in her chest, and her vampire instincts flared, urging her to strike. “This is the source,” Ellara said, her voice grim. “Beyond this door lies whatever Caelum is using to fuel his power.”

Sinful Twins For The Billionaire Brothers

Sinful Twins For The Billionaire Brothers

The corridor was dimly lit, shadows dancing ominously on the walls as she made her way to Cherry's room. Upon entering, a scene of heart-wrenching vulnerability unfolded before her eyes. Cherry laid trapped in the clutches of another haunting nightmare. The contours of her twin's face were etched with fear, her body contorting in the grips of unseen terrors. Ixora's heart tightened in her chest.

Mafia Men III - Mancini's Bride

Mafia Men III - Mancini's Bride

As he pushed back a bookshelf, revealing another hidden door, the weight of the situation pressed upon me, intensifying the adrenaline coursing through my veins. It was as creepy as the basement under the Costello Mansion. I cautiously pushed open the door, my heart pounded in my chest. The sight that lay before me was nothing short of extraordinary. A seemingly endless corridor stretched out in front of me, shrouded in shadows that seemed to whisper secrets of their own. As I cautiously crept along the corridor, my senses heightened, my every step echoing through the eerie silence.

Living Hell

Living Hell

He stopped his work and gave me a doubtful look " Dhushman hai.... ( I am his enemy ) " I added. " Chalo...." He took me with him through the small alleys of a slum. " Upar hai ( upstairs ) " he stopped at an old two storage house and said. I nod my head and climbed the narrow wooden stairs. As I was getting near to the main door I could hear some qawwali song. " Saahil...." Leaning towards the door I called Saahil who was lying on a carpet one leg on another and enjoying the music. He removed his legs and take a look at me.

Great storyline! Love the characters... Laughed, cried, got angry... some parts were too drawn out others too short. A few grammatical errors, but overall a truly great read!!! Definitely would recommend it to others!

I really love this book. Huge character maturity over time. Unique story for this platform. You will fall in love with the characters and may even gain a new "book boyfriend" out of the read. The book is not short, but that makes it better to follow the roller-coaster love story. Great job, author!

HEAVEN & HELL

HEAVEN & HELL

Nick pushed the door closed and revealed a terrified maid huddled behind the door. "Voglio vedere Rene Ashton," Nick said without preamble. "Si si." The young girl whispered she pointed down the hallway quite obviously too terrified to take them any further. He was right, the corridor was dark, the electric lighting flickered as if it was about to fail to leave the passage in very dim light. He looked around making out huge paintings on the wall, not that anyone could see them that is. There was a strange smell too, and not a pleasant one either, that permeated along the hallway. A loud crash sounded from the end of the corridor and then a strangled scream. Cowering into the wall, the mai

His Rejected Mate's Secret

His Rejected Mate's Secret

The catacombs stretched like veins beneath the fortress, twisting into darkness. The deeper he went, the colder it became. Then he stopped. A sound. Drip. His eyes narrowed. There was no water line in this corridor. Slowly, he lifted the torch higher. Another sound. Drip. Then he saw it. A single droplet hanging from the ceiling. But it was not water. It glowed. Silver-blue. Soft and luminous like liquid moonlight. Corin stared as it trembled at the stone’s edge. Then it fell.

Ashes Beneath The Skin

Ashes Beneath The Skin

Without waiting for a response, she turned sharply and moved briskly down the corridor toward the east wing, Isla following closely behind, the sound of their footsteps echoing in the tense silence. As they navigated the sterile hall, the atmosphere grew even more unsettling. Security personnel moved purposefully through the corridor, their expressions grim as they exchanged whispered concerns, seemingly searching for answers in the stillness that enveloped them. That’s when they stumbled upon it—a long, jagged scorch mark marred the vinyl floor outside the linen room, a stark and unnerving contrast against the clinical white surroundings. The scorched area appeared angry, as if a flame had

The Billionaire’s Marked Mate

The Billionaire’s Marked Mate

The corridor ahead was already alive with hurried footsteps, hushed voices, the rustle of servants trying to appear invisible while carrying the weight of panic. And then she saw it. The body. A servant boy no older than sixteen lay sprawled across the polished stone, throat cut open with brutal precision. But it wasn’t the blood that froze the corridor into silence—it was the pattern scrawled across his skin. Lines of crimson forming crude symbols that pulsed faintly as though the blood itself had not yet accepted death. A tether-mark. The exact kind whispered about in hushed superstitions—symbols said to appear when a bond between souls corrupted.

How to Catch a Mate

How to Catch a Mate

Every time a shadow shifted, it flared in his eyes—blue burning to gold before he forced it down again. Mira followed behind us, holding her light steady. Her hands shook, but she didn’t complain. The smell of ozone still hung in the air, faint and metallic. When the last node clicked into its case, Haden gave the order. “We move. No talking.” We slipped into the main corridor. The drain tunnels were narrow here, concrete slick with condensation and old algae. Pipes ran along both sides, some rusted, some still warm from water flow. The sound of dripping echoed like footsteps following too close.
