.THE SUBSTITUE WIFE RETURNS

.THE SUBSTITUE WIFE RETURNS

Damien demanded. ⸻ “The tunnels changed.” ⸻ My chest tightened. ⸻ “What does that mean?” ⸻ “These tunnels were built decades ago,” Elias explained quickly. “Some passages collapse. Others shift with the tide beneath the cliffs.” ⸻ “That’s convenient,” Damien muttered coldly. ⸻ Elias ignored him, scanning the pathways rapidly. ⸻ “The left tunnel floods at night.” “The center leads toward the old harbor.” “The right—” ⸻

Falling For My Surrogate Mistress

Falling For My Surrogate Mistress

“She’s not in the building. She’s in a bunker—north side of Ravenport. Underground.” Darwin stepped beside him. “How do we reach it?” “There’s a tunnel, hidden beneath the generator plant. Old evacuation route, according to these schematics. But it’s a one-way path.” “Then we make it count,” Fiona said. She opened the case containing the decoy USB. “If she wants information, we give her this.” Thalassa smiled faintly. “A trap wrapped in a gift. Poetic.” --- The tunnel was dark and narrow, barely wide enough for two people side by side. The silence felt unnatural, the air too still.

Luna’s Rebellion

Luna’s Rebellion

“You… found your fire.” “I’m not letting you die,” I choked out, letting the tears fall freely. “Not like this. Not for me.” Behind us, the corridor rumbled as distant footsteps echoed closer. Damon’s wolves. Reinforcements. We had minutes, if that. Kael grasped my wrist. “There’s a tunnel,” he rasped. “Behind the supply shelf… it leads to the eastern ridge.” I turned to look. The wall was stone, unremarkable—until I noticed the faint shimmer of a concealment spell.

Mr Billionaire Wolf Hunter Mustn't Know My True Form

Mr Billionaire Wolf Hunter Mustn't Know My True Form

He slammed his fist onto the console table to steady himself as he suddenly lost his balance. "Sir..." Albus, having just arrived behind him, swallowed hard. His eyes widened with horror at his Master's reaction. Loud static from the walkie-talkie on the table suddenly interrupted Ronan's tragic laughter. "Sir, we've found an escape tunnel in the corner of the greenhouse." A guard's hoarse voice crackled over the radio, accompanied by the sound of labored breathing. "But... this is insane. The tunnel goes under the concrete fence, three meters deep. It's impossible... for a human woman to dig a hole this big and deep with her bare hands in such a short time."

Amatucci Family

Amatucci Family

This was probably the best possible outcome for us. The video started on the big screen. As if zooming down in theatrical wonder, the drone leapt off the edge of the cliff and sank gracefully down the side of the island. Within moments, a large roundish opening appeared. Yup, it looked like a huge tunnel. "We found the entrance pretty quickly. From what we can tell, they wait for low tide." The drone panned the camera around the giant tunnel in the rock. "Do you have dimensions?" I asked. The female officer looked over to me. "Counselor Amatucci, welcome. Yes," she nodded, "we do. The tunnel is roughly two and a half meters in diameter and roughly ninety-one meters long."

His Unwanted Wife Returned as a Boss

His Unwanted Wife Returned as a Boss

"We’re nearly fifty meters below sea level. If the Ouroboros detects the breach and triggers a manual flush, this tunnel becomes a high-pressure tomb." "Then don't let them detect us," Julian said, pausing at a heavy titanium hatch marked with the Thorne-Vance interlocking seal—a relic of the joint venture that had started this nightmare. Julian pulled a small, high-frequency sonic drill from his belt. "Clara, I’m at the Primary Intake. The biometric scanner is dead, but the mechanical failsafe should still be active. Give me the bypass frequency."

The Mafia’s Price:Bound By Debt

The Mafia’s Price:Bound By Debt

Mina pointed out, and I nodded reluctantly. Without wasting too much time, we continued forward. “I heard that this tunnel is normally used for escape, secret smuggling and silent war.” Mina said. “Well, it looks like it.” After what seems like forever of passing through the grim and worn out path of the tunnel, we finally arrived at another corridor. “We are here, the entrance is close by.” Mina pointed out. “The main corridor should be right around the corner, we…" Then, she trailed off, her gaze fixated ahead, and my bad skipped a bit.

Blue Thunder: The Rise of the Legend - book 1

“I have an exam in the morning, but I should be out around 9. I’ll head to Lizzy’s as soon as I’m done.” Coralis slid her hologram into her cloak and took off toward the tunnel entrance. She sat on her knees and dropped her stick next to her on the ground. She put her hands on the ground and closed her eyes. She released a small amount of energy to gauge the wards surrounding the tunnel entrance. They weren’t part of those protecting the school territory.

His Rejected Mate's Secret

His Rejected Mate's Secret

The catacombs stretched like veins beneath the fortress, twisting into darkness. The deeper he went, the colder it became. Then he stopped. A sound. Drip. His eyes narrowed. There was no water line in this corridor. Slowly, he lifted the torch higher. Another sound. Drip. Then he saw it. A single droplet hanging from the ceiling. But it was not water. It glowed. Silver-blue. Soft and luminous like liquid moonlight. Corin stared as it trembled at the stone’s edge. Then it fell.

The Ultimate Husband

The Ultimate Husband

Whatever. She should unblock her acupoint before anything else. Morticia exhaled a sigh of relief before turning her attention to the stone dungeon. The only thing visible was that the dungeon was once a natural stone cave. At the other end of the dungeon, a massive hole the size of a barrel snaked downward in a tube straight into the ocean. Perfect! Morticia felt a glimmer of optimism after discovering the tunnel when she was stopped short once again. She could only see fierce currents gathered at the end of the tunnel where it met the ocean. No one would survive that if they were sucked into the tunnel.
