My attention was drawn to vintage portraits and masterpieces, which were almost barely discernible by dirt and grime. They each had a distinction to their profile. The Kolrerin realm demons, their skin was caramel colored, their hair a deep red. The description indicated that these demons were experts on fire element magic. They could eat fire. There was also a description on the levels of fire magic and its color indication from white to red, to orange, and blue. She could not imagine that there could be such a variety.

Her lips were painted red and her cheeks were either flushed or she made them red with blood. In another painting on the wall, two demonic creatures appeared to be dancing around a man in a mask. The creatures were all different but seemed to have been born from the same kind of evil creature. One of the creatures had a hawk-like foot, bat-like wings and a face mixed between a werewolf and a pig. One was covered in long fur and had three heads in one neck, one of the heads was gummed together with another one.

Hades is an amazing artist. Another picture I saw a demon eating a heart. The strings were coming out of his own chest. Means he was eating his own heart. I gulped once again. In the next picture, I saw a man lying and his soul was leaving his body. Next, he drew a man smiling creepily. His smile was the most horrible thing he drew. Next, I saw a woman’s face. She was smiling through her lips but was crying through her eyes. Her eyes reflected torture but still she was smiling.

I muttered. I turned the page again and saw a picture of something I recognized. It was a demon and it looked almost exactly like the ones we saw before, drawn in thick, black lines. Around it was a large circle, but the lines in the circle were too faint and dirty to fully make out what it was. “This isn’t working,” I groaned, sitting back on my knees as I stared to feel an ache in my head, it as if the book itself didn’t want me to read it. “These stupid books are useless.”

A few months go by, my children grow beautifully, Annabelle an incubus for sure, Damon still just two bumps only, that we believe are horns to be grown. Dracono seems a bit worried about Damon and decides to take him to a special healer without my consent. I find out from Dark what Dracono is doing and I rush to stop him. I arrive at the cottage where the healer is living and barge in so I can take my boy home. The old lady grabs me by my hand and I start having a powerful vision of Damon being the devil himself. So powerful, with gigantic black wings, surrounded by fire, ruling over the kingdom of Minotaurs.

That just seems sadistic in my opinion. And I have been told I was sadistic. Multiple times. Not judging more, I flipped to another page. This one is a drawing. A blackhole. I don’t know what makes them think anyone wouldn’t get the drawing. It was quite fucking clear. But there was a scribbling in bold letters that says, ‘The Black Hole’. I wanted to find the owner and give them a small upside for whatever shit this is. Seeing their taste for a gift though, nothing else should surprise me.
