Couple Drawing Base Novels & Stories

A small drawing desk in the corner, crayons scattered across it, a few papers with colorful scrawls. I stepped in slowly. On the wall, drawings were taped up. A child's drawings — a house with a triangular roof, a sun in the corner with rays drawn as straight lines, a tree with round red fruit. Then I saw it. One drawing in the middle. Three figures standing hand in hand. The small one in the middle, in a dress with long hair. A woman on the left. On the right, a man in a black suit.

I said, ruffling his hair, as his twin returned with a drawing paper. “This is what I drew, mummy. I got it, right. I said drew.” He cheered, to which I smiled, stroking his soft cheeks. “Yes, baby. You did,” I said, collecting the drawing from him. “Now let's see what we have here.” There were four painted figures on the paper; two small ones, who I deduced were Liam and Leo with a slightly taller one with long hair and red lips, who I knew was me and a tall man with short hair.

He rushes in and stops at the edge of Adrian’s bed. Adrian’s eyes widen in surprise. “Hey, champ.” Liam pulls out a folded paper from his bag. “I made you a drawing.” Adrian tries to sit up straighter. “Let’s see.” Liam hands it over carefully. It’s a crayon sketch of the three of us—me, Liam, and Adrian—holding hands under a bright yellow sun. There’s even a dog beside us, though we don’t have one. Adrian stares at it, clearly touched. “This is amazing.”

I don’t think Carrie realized she heard, and with my head between them, she may not have seen the grin. Just knowing that it would make her squirm, I moved my hand up and cupped Carrie’s bust while looking over her shoulder to see what they were reading. It turned out to be some pen and ink drawings of women in erotic poses. Some were nature scenes, others were of two or three people in various states of undress and in the midst of various sex acts. The one on the right page was a woman licking up the base of an erect cock of some unseen man. The woman in the picture was looking up at her man with a gaze of pure lust.

Cole💙:sure :) I say goodbye to him by text. I look at the clock and see it is nearly half-way through the session. I sigh internally and just keep on doodling freely. I look away and inspect the drawing. I furrow my eyebrows and try to distinguish what the heck I just drew. I turn the book on an angle and see the face. I drew Cole, and pretty well too. Wow. I decide to colour in his hair and eyes, but only those two. To me Cole's best features are his hair and eyes, oh and his body, actually all of him is perfect, especially his spiritl. I love his spirit.

He climbed onto the sofa beside her and opened the notebook. Crayon lines filled the page. Bright colors. Simple shapes. But the drawing was recognizable. Three stick figures stood side by side beneath a large sun. Evelyn had seen similar drawings from him before. Usually the same three figures. A woman. A child. And a tall man with darker shading around the eyes. Silas held the notebook proudly. “Do you like it?” Evelyn forced a soft smile. “It’s beautiful.” He studied the picture carefully. Then pointed to the tallest figure.

They were not like Nick's, although they did have people in them, this time they were drawings of two men, you couldn't see the faces of the people at all just one blonde and one dark. The dark-haired man was on top of the other one, and they were quite obviously having sex. The drawings were exquisite, showing the tense muscles in the back and buttocks of the man. He had a fabulous figure, broad shoulders, narrow waist, and long legs. Amelia moved on to the next picture, in this one the dark man was sitting on a chair, and the other man had his face between his thighs, she drew a gasp, and then an even bigger gasp when she looked closely at the man on the chair.

When she handed Felix the drawing, he took it with his free hand and carefully unfolded it. At the bottom of the drawing, the twins had signed their name with shaky writing – ‘Love, Aaron & Lily’. The work was more cubism than realism, with its clashing colors and distorted symmetry but it was undoubtedly the nicest thing that anyone had given him in a while. As he sat on the ground with a drawing from two ten year olds in one hand and Cassie’s dainty hand in the other, he felt at peace.

I simply began to draw. I drew a simple sun. Round, bright, with gentle rays reaching out. Below it, I drew a small, sturdy house. Not grand, just a square with a triangle roof, a door, two windows. A curl of smoke from a chimney. And in front of the house, two stick figures holding hands. One slightly taller. One small. No faces. Just presence. Together. Safe.

For everyone who will. She'd drawn the building from the photograph Léo had shown her and from the visit and from the drawing she'd done at the kitchen table, the one that had been right. The new drawing was better. The angles were correct because she'd seen them in person and the connections at the corners showed the steel plates and the bolts the way Léo had explained them. The base of the wall met the ground in a straight line with a shadow underneath, the 4B shading she'd learned from watching Mama cut fabric, the way Mama held the wool up to the light and checked where the shadow fell.
