There were more than twenty generators on the outskirts of the base, supplying the place with electricity. There were even facilities providing radio frequency signals. Based on all this, it was clear that the base was built for a purpose, and had been established a long time ago. A few staff members were inside the command center of the base, hastily packing their stuff into boxes before loading them onto the plane. It was clear they were fleeing the place.

But most importantly, the warriors who live up at the complex eat, sleep, and breathe the squad life… they’ve selflessly dedicated themselves to defending the six-pack and built their lives around their positions on the squad, so how can we take that away from them? We can’t. Besides, the squad bands the six-pack together like nothing else can. Even though we’re all separate packs, the squad is the one thing that belongs to all of us. And honestly, I’d miss seeing the guys almost every day. Running the squad together keeps us close, and that closeness will only be a benefit in coming together to make decisions for the alliance in the future.
